It was very easy and fast to have my fridge parts ordered, awesome customer service

I just spoke with Armand Del Rosario from Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, LLC to get an LP gas conversion kit for my Samsung dryer. His service was outstanding—he found the part in seconds and texted me a link to order it online. Top-notch support. Armand is based in the Philippines (I asked), and he was incredibly attentive and courteous. He clearly understands the level of service customers expect in the U.S. Definitely someone who deserves consideration for a management role—he has the professionalism, communication skills, and values to lead. My Service Agent is Kris Belle. I needed replacement dishracks for my Samsung dishwasher. Kris was transparent and informed me that the parts were on back order. I had placed this same order with Parts Warehouse and was told that I would receive my order with in 5 days. A week past my delivery date I receive an email stating this order was on back order. Not only was Kris honest about the back order but I found that I saved $66.00 by reordering with Encompass. I canceled my order with Parts Warehouse.
