Poor service & incorrect order
I am so very dissatisfied with endurancet.com.
I ordered and paid for a pair of Translation Earbuds (plus postage, which was greater than the cost of the item) and after almost a month they sent me an inferior product which did not have language translation capabilities.
Below is my complaint email to them:

Thank you for your confirmation email with regards to the status/update of my parcel. Ordinarily I would be excited, however on this occasion this in not the case.
My name is Rods Johnson and on 23rd December 2024 (yesterday while I was at work) I received delivery of an item under the Order Number 14780S62419
According to your website the item I ordered (which was meant to be a Christmas Present for a loved one) is described as follows:
Last Day Promotion 49% OFF🔥T26 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Translation Earbuds🏅New Upgrade--Real-time Translation+Al Voice Conversation_Black. (see attached image ‘Website Advert’)
However, the item I received is not as described and is not what I paid for.
The item I received is described as True wireless stereo sound – BY01 Wireless Headphone (see attached image ‘what was received’)
Having carried out extensive research (on Christmas Eve might I add) of this product on the internet, none of the reviews or sales platforms indicate that this particular model has Real Time Language Translation capabilities (which was the sole purpose of placing my order with you).
Therefore, without a doubt, it is clear to me that I have been miss-sold this item which not only did I pay for on 30th November 2024, but I also had to pay for postage which was more than the cost of the item (see images ‘Order Confirmation 1’ & ‘Order Confirmation 2’).
I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct item (at no cost to myself) and arrange for the collection of the one that was delivered.
Alternatively, I would accept a full refund onto my payment card that I used to make the purchase (if you don't have the item as advertised on your website).
Let me make it clear from the start that I am not interested in receiving a voucher to purchase an alternative product from your website (as many online retailers seem to be doing these days) since from my experience, whatever I order will either incur another postage or I will have to spend over x-amount with you to get free postage.
The reason why I don’t want to take that risk (again) is that I don’t want to wait nearly a month for delivery plus the fact that I cannot trust that I will receive what I ordered or if there is a problem with the product, I don’t want to have to jump through hoops to have the issue resolved.
So please, in the spirit of good customer service, I would appreciate it if you could address my issue and concerns with due diligence. As a first-time customer, I find this introduction to your services quite disappointing and as you can appreciate, bad news travels fast.
I look forward to receiving an adequate and an emotionally intelligent response from your team sooner rather than later.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???
$2.00 compensation for an inferior product? Wasted time? Disappointment? Inconvenience? AND NO MENTION OF A REFUND? I paid $23.28 (£18.54) for this and they want to offer me $2.00???
This is ridiculous and disgusting.
I would NOT recommend this company and like I said "bad news travels fast"
