Absolutely terrible. Product was completely misrepresented in their Facebook advert. Avoid with extreme prejudice.

Scam company.. I paid for seeds that was never delivered and they kept sending me ai generated responses saying call the post office. Do not order from this company

I saw an ad for decorative ornaments on Facebook. I thought, ok, Facebook, should be ok. They looked beautiful glass ornaments with what looked like a very cool colored etched picture of the animal. What showed up was a plastic ornament with a cutout picture that floated around in the ball. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING of what was shown. It said it came from Ireland but when it showed up a month prior to my home, the shipping address was from Chicago. I am a former Chicagoan and I am very disappointed and would never recommend this company. Another reviewer said they would give it a negative score. Same here. I am sending them a complaint and we shall see how they handle it.

I ordered the product supreme crème. After receiving it I was told I could not return it. Not opened, nothing wrong with it, just wanted to return it and get my money back. I went back and forth with them. Then they said you received the correct product cannot return. Then after my persistence they offered a refund of $2! Then $4, then $7. They would not provide an address in the United States to return to! Only China they said and would be $25-30 to ship it. Who would do that. I told them I would report them. Do not order from them. Bad way to do business. I’m going to dispute it with my credit card company.

I would give a minus score if there was one. I NEVER received my product. When I emailed the company they said it was delivered to a mailbox and gave me a date. However, it wasn't delivered to MY mailbox. I have NEVER had mail stolen from our mailbox. Also when I tried to track the item it was impossible to track. Truly a scam and a lesson well learned. I ordered this item off of Instagram so BEWARE! I will report this to my credit card company.

This is a total scam. They advertise well, take your credit card information and charge you, then you never receive a product. They even try to tell you that you received it at a certain date and time. I checked with the post office, my regular mail carrier, neighbors and my Informed delivery time. They made all of that up. The tracking number was not real but the bill was. I am turning them in as everyone should.

Do not order from this company. There goal is to rip u off. I have never received my order at all. I keep contacting the support but all I get is my "pkg is on the way but because of trumps tariff its taking longer than normal". Or its been delivered and I checked with my post office they don't even know where my tracking number came from but it's no good. I have asked for a refund Dailey for the past two months all I get is the automated replys and no refund. I wish there was someplace to go in their country to help get them shut down. But for now I'm putting reviews where ever i can. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I waited 6 weeks for a cream and brush combo to arrive, and then only got the brush. Total cost before shipping was $36.98. They offered me an $8 refund which I refused but agreed to a $16 one. I’m waiting for the refund.

Their customer service seems to be somewhat automated some of the time, and I’ve been very unhappy with the time it’s taken.

I also have on good authority that the cream does transfer to clothing.

Would not recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE AND WONT REFUND IT AND IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR AT LEAST A MONTH AND IT JUST NOW GOT TO CHINA. HORRIBLE COMPANY

It took over a month to get the product, and the concealer turned out to be waxy and almost white (although I had ordered the ‘medium’ shade). I put a 3-star review on their website, which disappeared after a few minutes, so only their 19 5-star reviews (all fake I assume) remained. A waste of money!!!

ordered a concealer cream which i did not receive, sent company a copy of brushes received only to go with order. They refuse to send concealer cream that was originally ordered. THEY ARE A SCAM

I have not received this item to date.ordered 5/5/25.this is unacceptable. i would like my money refunded. my order # is 144722

This stuff is just plain junk. Do not order unless u like throwing money away. Absolutely does not deliver as advertised. They offered an $11 refund and for me to just keep it. And they, after asking them several times, refuse to give any information about the product and it’s because they know it is total BS. I wish I would’ve been skeptical on that day that I ordered it And thought better of this purchase.

Scam, I can’t believe I fell for it. They show a Westmore product and I let that convince me. Never received anything, they actually responded to numerous complaints with numerous excuses. Stay away!

This is a China company committing fraud. I purchased a tanning product. They sent, via email, a receipt for $83.65 and charged me (through Paypal) $100.38. They also sent the wrong product. When I tried to deal with them via email they gave me every excuse you can imagine, including offering me $8.00 for my purchase. They said it was cost prohibitive to send it back (it came from a Georgia warehouse).
You have been warned. Don't order from this company.
Remember, if this happens to you, just call your credit card company and report a fraudulent purchase. They will remove the charge.

On 3/28/25 I fell for a popup ad on Facebook for what was supposed to be a Westmore Beauty product, “body coverage perfector”and application brush. The product did not arrive until 4/28/25. In the meantime, I figured out it was a scam and was not able to stop the delivery, so I refused it, took a picture unopened and took it to the post office. When I let Entrancet know, I was told it was returned to the wrong address. The item took a month to come from the Netherlands,but, the return address was in Georgia, in the U.S. Now I am having trouble getting a refund. Total scam!!!

Never order from this company. I paid for expedited shipping on April 4th. and 2 weeks later nothing! They advertised on the web page receive in 14 days without expedited shipping. When I reached out to customer service they said to late to return. 😡

The garlic chopper is poorly made, and I wanted to return the item. That does not seem to be an option. Only damaged items with a photo will be considered. This company is not a company I would ever do business with again. Once they have your money, you will not get customer service or a refund. STAY AWAY!!
