Service was as promised, no issues with my order or the delivery. I ordered the waterproof camera backpack and I love it. I used it to take my gear to Hawaii with me and it was perfect! I even loaded my MacBook Air and iPad.

This bag is one to get excited about. It has all the necessary compartments to hold all my gear. It is comfortable to carry and even has a hard front to it to set my drone for takeoff. I like it so much I bought two of them and I am not paid to do this review. I really like the bag.

Sleek looking , adjustable compartments , with plenty of storage. Perfect for my digital camera and lenses.

Terrible customer service. Received a damaged product with scratches. Sent a photo of the damages to customer support to get an exchange or refund. Customer service responded with a list of questions including the request of a video of the damaged product. After providing everything they have asked for, they still have yet to accommodate me, with one excuse after another. I will never use this company again.

For the first time I am able to take all my gear with me, and not fear some one taking off with it because it does not look like a camera bag. Love the look and feel of the backpack. Have not got to use it yet, but it is packed and ready to go. I am a large man - I have no problem putting it on and moving around, or taking it off. Has more room then meets the eye. I am sure I will rearrange it may times to find the just right design for all my gear. This bag is well made and should last a long time. It has good padding and is water resistant-with out the need of a rain fly. Extra room for personal items or other stiff you might take out for a fun day of shooting.
I gave it 4 star rating for now

We have not gotten to use it yet but I am already impressed with how sturdy and hearty this tripod seems. It is just as pictured and extemely easy to assemble! We are so glad we bought this one.
