have been taking it for 2 months now and it doesn't work so i would like my money back my order # is 14025

Estoy indignada. Lo mandan roto y al reclamarles (dos veces porque la primera me ignoraron) me dicen que me mandan la pieza (después de más de un mes por las fiestas del año nuevo chino). Y cuando lo hacen me cobran a mi las tasas aduaneras mas de 5€. O sea, compro algo en Amazon, viene roto y encima tengo que reclamar y pagar de más. Si lo sé lo compro en AliExpress.

I am sorry to write a negative review. However I am very annoyed with company. I purchased there Endurax photography backpack extra large after they offered me an extra 10% of from there web site, I paid through PayPal. 3days later they sent me a refund and said that they were sold out. I was charged dollars and when I received the refund I lost £15.00 as the pound dropped in value. To add insult to injury I checked there web site and the bag is still available to purchase. I am very disappointed and feel that i have been duped.

I got my item in two weeks though the company promised in 5 days . But the item is a great quality and they provided me free shipping for next 5 orders as compensation.

Ordered $121.96 worth of REVIX products; returned them (I had to pay shipping!) on January 28, 2022.
Package arrived (I tracked it on the USPS site).
Never heard from them.
Tried calling 859 252-0434
HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT'S A RECORDING WITH CODES FOR IN-HOUSE USERS
Will now call my bank and report them as FRAUD.

Ordered a product off Revixcare. Did not receive product. Revixcare canceld my order and told me to contact Enduraxphoto for a refund. I did just that. Never responded to my email. Had to call my bank and report fradulant activity. Do not trust this company with your money!!

I ordered the lightweight camera tripod. It is awesome ! Perfect size, good quality materials, and super lightweight too !!! I needed this
tripod for my Grand Canyon trip next May 2022. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I even setup my Canon camera with 200mm lense on the tripod. Excellent stability! I would "highly" recommend this Endurax tripod to any serious photographer!!!

I like the product, it would have been nice to have some type of brochure showing how the product can be used in regard to equipment placement rather than having to find something online. Not everyone knows how to use this type of product, especially when one is use to using the conventional photography bags since the turn of the century.

I’ve not received an email saying my camera case has been shipped. I’ve ordered the case over a week ago. I’ve tried contacting the company and have no response from them.

Great Bag. Feels very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap, and feels good on my back. Coming from a cheaper bag, I love the quick side access to grab your camera. Overall, i love the structure of the bag.
