Appalling customer service – Heema simply ignores you

My experience with this company has been absolutely dreadful.

I dealt specifically with Heema, and once they had my money, getting any meaningful response became virtually impossible. Emails and attempts to contact her have simply been ignored.

I even tried to cancel the order shortly after placing it and received no response. The lights subsequently arrived, are still in their original brown packaging, and I have since contacted them about returning the goods and obtaining a refund. Again, silence.

What makes this particularly infuriating is that this isn't a case of waiting a few hours for somebody to get back to you. It is the apparent complete lack of interest in communicating with a customer once there is a problem.

The order was only around £49, and I have now reached the point where I genuinely cannot be bothered wasting any more of my time chasing them for it. That probably says everything about the standard of customer service I have experienced.

Heema, ignoring customers does not make a problem disappear. It simply ensures they never use your company again and warn other people about their experience.

Based entirely on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company, particularly if you expect anyone to respond when something goes wrong.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Ordered two wall lights. Delivery was OK and packaging good.
Unfortunaley, very basic instructions were poor and did not represent the product provided!
Aftersales customer service very poor. Emailed support, no reply. Called support line, left number to call back but no call. Very disappointing service....

one of the worst companies I have ever had the pleasure of trying to deal with. The camera was rubbish and customer service doesn't exist. (Emails and phone) i would advise everybody to stay away from this company. Brian

Customer service does not exist. They don't respond to online chat, WhatsApp msg, phone call (or return voice messages) and no response from email either. Absolutely shocking!

I ordered a camera which didn’t arrive and Heema was very helpful in initially trying to trace it and then sending me a replacement when there was no response from courier.

DO NOT USE!!!I work for a very well known Electrical Wholesaler. This is the worse supplier i have used.

We paid for next day carriage, rang up to confirm with supplier.
We've been told complete lies, goods were never dispatched, constantly passed to a new person every time we tried chasing the order.
There are plenty of other alternative suppliers.
Use kinetic instead, much better customer service

The switches and receivers look and fit well. But the service is appalling . I ordered via Amazon if you wish to return anything- it’s a night mare . There is no answer if you phone them . Had to send an email - reply after 2 days . Pathetic set up .

The customer service is useless.

I bought a hexagon LED light from this company via a third party. The light is supposed to be an LED changeable colour. It only allows me to use the cool white setting. If I wanted one that was just white I could have saved £100+

I've contacted the company over 5 times now with 3 times being promised for a call back with a resolution on the same day.
Not once have they called me back, now they won't even answer my calls.
Don't waste your time

Ordered a pair of led batten lights and they were delivered within a couple of days. The lights were that good that I ordered another two. Would definitely recommend.

Bought smart radiator that does not work with voice assistant as advertised. Customer support is doing nothing to solve issue

My family, who lives in UK, recently encountered an issue with a faulty unit, but the after-sales team provided an immediate resolution and handled the collection seamlessly. Tried to call customer service as police gave me a video doorbell. On hold with a load of ads for their products.
Will probably disconnect doorbell as its driving me nuts

The stuff I got was ok , my main grip was the web page say spend another £ x and get free shipping ,I spent another 60 but no free shipping appears at checkout , I would be a bit weary of any company that uses dirty tactics

They have the best kinetic switches, wide range of design options you can choose fromm.
