We bought an air-fryer just on 3 years ago and the non-stick drawer ended up firstly with a small bubble in the lining which has progressed to much larger bubbles and has now torn and is unable to be used due to safety. 3 years for an item that is integral to the use of the air-fryer is not a satisfactory length of time to last - the unit itself is functioning fine and there were drawers available to buy from Instant Pot's website - however you are now directed to an Amazon link (very limited replacement parts are available). Customer service did get back to me quickly, referencing that the unit is out of warranty and directing me to an Amazon link for a parts service (which does not offer the drawers) and that more parts will be offered over time. I believe that there is an inherent issue with the non-stick lining of the drawer and that it's not lasted for a reasonable amount of time. However all customer service is willing to do is direct to the Amazon page and suggest I wait for the part to become available. Looks like this will need to be binned which is terrible for sustainability and I will not be purchasing from them again.
I ordered some accessories and a replacement inner pot for £19.99. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so arranged a return. I returned it through my local post and packing shop. I made sure I put the correct return code and address on the parcel. I got a receipt for the parcel. Approximately 6 weeks later I realised I hadn't received my refund. I contacted the company explaining that I'd had no refund. The company replied asking for the tracking details. Unfortunately the receipt had faded so much it couldn't be read! And so no refund. £19.99 plus around £8 wasted. Not happy, I'll stick with amazon or ebay in future.
Update: I now have been refunded, thank you very much for refunding me. Much appreciated 👍

They asked for further details, which I gave. And I heard nothing further despite sending a gentle reminder after a couple of weeks. I have two Instant Pots and they're a great product but they're being let down by the complete lack of any customer service. Since my query was in part about whether the device is still fully safe to use, I really don't think this is good enough.

Purchased latest 2 drawer air fryer direct from instant pot uk.
Delivered on time.
When I unboxed the product noticed a dent on the larger drawer (stainless steel).
Contacted instant pot via their online system, sent them pictures, serial numbers, proof of purchase etc.
Received acknowledgement instantly.
After 10 days heard nothing so contacted them again after two days received an email requesting all the information already supplied again.
Then received another email acknowledgement and a request for my postal address (which the should already have as originally ordered directly from them).
Another 3 weeks have passed .. no replacement drawer... no email... no nothing.
Have yesterday just sent another message to them requesting replacement drawer or returns label and full refund.
This company doesn't have a phone contact... everything has to be done online via their complaints portal... which obviously doesn't work.
Their products are great and work well but their customer service is an absolute disgrace...BE WARNED!!!

Asked repeatedly for clarification on the video evidence they’ve asked for and had no details at all. Owned an Instapot since October and now it simply sticks on “Preheating” and never reaches cooking temperature. I understand things can go wrong but to simply ignore customers who need help is a failure in your system.

I have had my Instant Pot Superior 7.1L slow cooker just over 1 year and already the non-stick coating on the base of the inner pan is peeling away. I could buy another inner pot but I feel that the £20 would be better used going towards a new, different machine as there are a number of reviews all pointing out the same issue. For some reason i'm not able to leave a review on Instant Pot's website.

Bought the air fryer because I believed it came with a cook book. It doesn't. There us an online cook book but it covers all their products and doesn't offer air fryer alone. It's annoying to use. The air fryer doesn't come with a manual and you have to access online. Usage is not intuitive and it's a pain to have to sign on to check what to do
I finally got the opportunity to buy my dream Airyer and I must say, I’m impressed. Fries my chicken in 9 minutes. This Airyer is worth the hype. My friend recommended that I get it and i have no regrets.

We had an accident which made our instant pot lose the lid. Customer service was amazing, friendly, professional and understandable.
It is a brand I trust and I will totally buy from it again.
The Instant Pot Air Fryer is great for family cooking, especially with its SyncFinish feature, which lets you cook different foods at different times but have them ready together. I love the size setup too,one large 7L compartment and a smaller 4L one, perfect for doing a main and sides in one go. It’s super convenient and makes mealtimes much easier.
I’ve been using the Instant Vortex Dual Basket Air Fryer 11L for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. The dual baskets are very practical because I can cook two different things at the same time, which saves a lot of time during dinner. Food comes out crispy without needing much oil and it cooks much faster than my oven. I also like the clear window so I can check the food without opening the drawer. It’s easy to use and cleaning the baskets is simple too. Overall, a great air fryer and definitely worth it for everyday cooking.
A really great product, love the multi function aspect, it looks great and it’s easy to use.

Had a minor fault on my dual air fryer and have nothing but praise for the customer service I’ve received from Instant Pot. A new replacement air fryer has been sent to me even though I was out of warranty. 5* service
I can't praise customer services at Instant Pot enough. Contacted them by email with a relatively small issue and within a couple of hours I was told I was being sent a whole new replacement air fryer. I've had my air fryer 6 months and was stunned and thrilled to be sent a replacement. This is customer services at its best and I couldn't be more grateful.
I love my instant pot pro plus and use it regularly, unfortunately after 2 years it has stopped coming to pressure. Customer service was excellent, with the same customer service person promptly answering multiple emails over two days, but it became apparent that it couldn’t be fixed with factory resets etc. It’s a shame that they don’t offer a repair service and two years isn’t good for a relatively expensive product - (I deducted a star for this) - but I was offered a decent discount off a new pot, and decided to go for an Instant Pot Duo in the hope that this well established pot will be more reliable - and I didn’t want to pay so much again. Thanks to Sophia for her patient and courteous customer service.
I have used my instant pot for 10 years and love it. Recently it stopped pressurising and having asked for possible solutions, I have been so happy with the quick, enthusiastic and friendly response. Really impressed!
