Really happy I found Engravers Guild! I ordered a mixture of personalised items for gifts and all are excellent quality. The premium packaging is worth the extra cost to present the gifts in that extra special way. Just received my second order from them and will definitely continue to use them in the future as my go-to whenever I want a personalised gift. Superb customer service from Gilda! Really felt like a valued customer when I contacted them with a query about one of my orders. Highly recommended!

I have ordered a total of 14 glasses as prizes for events at my golf club this year and I must say that I have been absolutely delighted with not just the quality of the glass and the engraving but also the speed of delivery and how the products are packaged. I ordered a travel jewellery box for my partner to hold his watches and bracelet when we go on holiday..
Shortly after placing my order I received a email from the company thanking me for buying from them..I was then advised that my item was ready for engraving… Gold lettering which I chose beautifully done.
I had updates when item was dispatched and when I should receive it.
I received my item today and it was beautifully wrapped in a lovely bag and box with a personalised card in a small envelope sitting on top of my item.
I am absolutely delighted what a wonderful Christmas present this is and I know my partner will be delighted..

Excellent service from Engravers guild. The engraved handbag I purchased as a special gift was perfect. The handbag arrived within 2 days and was beautifully packed in a bag within a gift box with the gift note. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant service ordered a Celtic whiskey glass with engraving, forgot to add fast service before checking out, replied to an email asking if it could be turned around sooner, had message back it will done and with me within 24 hours and it was! My friend was made up with it

I bought two birthday presents one a pocket watch, one a necklace ,both were excellent quality, and the engraving was beautiful ,delivery was as promised within 5 working days was informed when dispatched ,I will most certainly be using engravers guild again, would recommend especially when wanting to buy that extra special gift

We recently ordered a pair of Blenheim crystal engraved glasses as a gift.
The glasses were of wonderful quality, the engraving was beautiful and the delivery was timely.
Sadly they were completely shattered on arrival. I emailed the team , and quite expected to have to purchase a replacement set.
Not only were the team
(Gilda) most apologetic, but the glasses were replaced and arrived the next day, in perfect condition at no extra cost, in time for our presentation.

It was the first time I ordered from this company. The online order process was very easy, I really enjoyed the fact that I could see a preview of the engraving. The bracelet came with Royal Mail, very well packaged and in a beautiful gift box. I’m very happy with the service and the product. I would definitely use this company again.
