Rebranding to Hormm for 50% price increase!
You pay a monthly subscription but can’t actually access anything , can’t get bloods done , can’t order . Changing the service on existing clients is wild, seems like some changes have happened higher up without actually consulting any clients - and for this poor/ reduced service - price hike from $88 to around $120 a month! Will

Hey, sorry the transition has been frustrating - that's not the experience we want.
If you're stuck accessing the portal, ordering, or getting bloods done, please email us at support@hormn.com and we'll sort it out for you directly. We moved pathology to Healius so bloods can now be ordered and received through the platform - it's a better setup once you're in.
On pricing - your subscription rate hasn't changed yet. We gave everyone a heads up months in advance, but you're still on your current rate today.
We did consult on the changes - three emails over two months before the migration, plus two more with setup instructions. Possible they landed in spam, so worth a check. Either way, reach out and we'll get you up and running.
Received an email from enhanced men…
Received an email from enhanced men that it was transitioning and they I’d get email log in to a new database. Log in still not received but I’m being charged monthly. Also no phone number that I can contact them on.

positive experience
I’ve had a very positive experience with Enhanced Mens Clinic so far. The process can take a little time initially, as you need to book in with a nurse and then again with the doctor, but once appointments are scheduled they are very punctual and reliable with their calls.
The service is on the more expensive side, however it is reassuring to know that all bloodwork is reviewed by a doctor and that the treatment involves proper pharmaceutical-grade testosterone and HCG is directly from the compound pharmacy. That level of medical oversight provides real peace of mind.
One improvement would be offering doctor referrals for ongoing blood tests, which would make long-term monitoring more convenient. Overall, though, the care and professionalism have been excellent.

I gave 5 star but would genuinely rate 4.5 star because of the communication annoyances. Otherwise what are you waiting for start to feel better now! I genuinely starting to feel so much better already.
