I tried to open up a new contract for a garage in Sanremo. Uncountable problems emerged that forced me to get in touch with the customer service a hundred times, since most of the people I got on the phone didn't have an answer, they always had to report to someone else. I happened to bump into a couple of people who actually knew what they were doing, only to realise that most of them didn't. The best part: a woman of the customer service ended up opening a new contract at the wrong address, no need to say it was her initiative, I just asked my request of the 14th april to be processed, or why it hadn't been processed yet (on May 8th). So it's difficult for me to say how this company could improve, since I have no idea how they could get this far in total uselessness.

ATTENZIONE AI COSTI "CONTRIBUTO AL CONSUMO" Sto facendo una ricerca di mercato per il passaggio SOLO LUCE al mercato libero.
Tutto bene direi visto che sono cliente gas con loro.
MA con la LUCE non ci siamo vi spiego perchè:
1) Prezzo a kw calcolato sul mercato libero PUN qui tutto ok.
2) ECCO LA MAZZATA! A differenza di altri (quasi tutti) aggiungono un CONTRIBUTO FISSO per ogni Kw che consumiamo pari a 0,0451 ... VI SPIEGO, se consumate un Kw che costa sul mercato PUN 16 Centesimi dovete aggiungerci sempre circa 5 centesimi per ognuno di loro che sembra poca roba... ma se moltiplicate questi 4.5 centesimi per 3000 kw di consumi annui vi trovate una somma in più da pagare di ben 135 euro che altri operatori non vi fanno pagare capito? Altri operatori fissano questa quota fissa a 1 centesimo, 2 centesimi ma NON CIRCA 5 come ENI
Questa cosa mi ha fatto desistere non capisco come un colosso come ENI abbia costi più alti di altri operatori PARLO DI QUESTO COSTO FISSO FATE ATTENZIONE...
LE NOTE POSITIVE sono la fatturazione ogni 2 mesi e la bolletta cartacea senza ADDEBITO SUL CONTO ottimo per gli ANZIANI
Ma QUESTO COSTO " CONTRIBUTO AL CONSUMO" DI BEN 0,0451 A KW CONSUMATO NON SI PUò VEDERE SPERO LO TOLGANO O LO PORTINO COME PER ALTRI OPERATORI... E' UN SALASSO!
Anche i costi di COMMERCIALIZZAZIONE FISSI MENSILI SONO DI 12 EURO quindi in linea con altri ma ci sono operatori che fanno pagare anche 7 euro mese ma questi sono altri costi....
Per ora quello che segnalo è il CONTRIBUTO AL CONSUMO DI CIRCA 4.5 CENTESIMI SU OGNI KW CHE CONSUMIAMO E PAGHIAMO SECONDO IL VALORE PUN DEL MERCATO...
