The Enthuse software made my donation to the London Marathon a very difficult experience. The donation process just hung there forever. Tried lots of things. Eventually had to disable perfectly normal web protection add-ons. If you are a charity I strongly suggest you avoid Enthuse as their software must cause so many people to just give up like I nearly did!

Frustrating. I have to have an account with my name and email address just to donate? It’s none of your business. Just accept Apple Pay so it’s easy. Why on earth would you make it harder for people to donate!?

Belvedere College SJ in Dublin Ireland has just completed a fundraising campaign managed by Enthuse. We raised over €360,000 with over €200,000 online through the Enthuse platform.
The customer service provided by Fiona and Luke on the Irish team was second to none.
I am very happy to recommend them if you need to run an online fundraising campaign.

seems very wrong to be charged a £4 'tip' on top of one's donation. Just Giving doesn't do this. I have the feeling this is a money making scam. appalling.

Enthuse were easy to get hold of. I spoke to Rishika who was very friendly and efficiently answered my queries

What was great was that someone got back to me during the Christmas holiday period, when I need ed some urgent assistance.

In my work with Tiglin, I used Enthuse for all our donations needs. The platform had everything we could possibly need. The membership fee is reasonable, considering how much you can get out of it. I definelty recommend. What's a good thing, you own the data and all the contacts who donate. Which helped a great deal, the likes of GoFundMe don't provide this valuable data, they keep it for their own benefit.

I had not received my receipt for a donation and I needed it for gift aid records. It turned out to be because I had made a typo in inputting my email.
I received prompt and efficient service is sorting this for me and now have my receipt.

Very impressed by the scope of this platform, as an alternative / addition to existing ones our charity use for fundraising, donations and events. The ability to create pages which follow our brand design and therefore look integrated within a website is great, and the virtual event options are a creative addition to any events calendar. We really appreciated the caretaking by Jared, who provided a thorough run-through the site and the user experience, and was quickly to respond to queries and provide assistance.

Very quick and efficient response to my issue, which was sorted out within minutes.
