Their customer service is rude, and terrible. They appear to be a small venture. We placed an order of just 4 items in a week and they couldn't fulfill it. We reached out to them for status update. They cancelled my order and processed the refund without even notifying me. This was first of its kind in my online shopping experience. Such suppliers should be barred from offering products to people until they overhaul the fulfillment process. Just sad to see such interesting ideas sinking due to poor management.

They have great products, fast shipping. Customer Service is outstanding.

Shipping was good, packaging seems cheap, arrived bent and folded.

I purchased 2 and they are really nice but I was disappointed because they are almost alike. Only difference is one has a small sting of black. I got them for my granddaughters so I was hoping that they would be at least 2 different colors.

First batch I ordered had a broken lamp, second batch came with a substantial tax fine

I received the light bulb and it’s just as beautiful as the picture. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive the base as I was led to believe. Your site did not make it clear as to whether or not the base came with the bulb. There was a little box next to my order that said base and bulb so of course I assumed they came together. I was promised a base free of charge in your email but I have not received it as of yet.

I love my light bulbs that i have bought! They are beautiful! Would definitely buy again.

Very pleased with the product, just wish that the colors were a little brighter/ more contrasted.

Their original products such as colorful bulb-shape lamp are very nice. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately some items sold on their website, for example luky bird lamp, are not their original products and they might have quality issue. Sadly, mine was that. The 2 of 4 lamps did not work normally.
But again, their original products are cool!

took almost a month to have the item delivered. The tracking number was not useful. The manual is in Chinese only. Is still do not understand how this lamp works.

I email you guy telling you that my bulbs all look the same. I even offer to send photos to show proof. I order 4-5 different bulbs and they all look the same. I never got a response.

I was an original Kickstarter backer. When it was apparent my order had not shipped or was lost in the Kickstarter ether I reached out to the campaign owner. He replied immediately even though from many time zones away. He made things right and gave me much clearer choices than I had to understand originally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their product as well as their individual customer service.

Great design, fast response to queries. I strongly recommend. Bare in mind the delivery time which is a bit long so plan ahead. Great gift boxes for christmas presents.
