Epic Will made setting up my memorial estate surprisingly painless—clear prompts, no lawyer-speak, finished in one evening. The templates saved me hours and held my hand through questions I’d never thought to ask. Only missing the ability to attach a short video message; had to upload it separately. Still, for the price and ease, I’d recommend it to friends who hate paperwork as much as I do.

I paid for Epic Will but I never heard from them. Their website appears to be shut down. It appears to have been a scam.

The user interface is very intuitive, clean, and easy to use. It didn't meet my family's needs, so Epic Will offered me a full refund, and their customer service was great.

We found Epic Will through the Ben Shapiro discount. The process was easy. Just fill out the forms online answering guided questions, print and have the documents notarized, then upload your notarized documents and you're all set. After that, Epic Will staff are always there to take good care of you. We had a technical issue with one of our wills not appearing in the spouse's account. The Epic staff took personal care of us with one point of contact to assist us and answer all of our questions. They consistently followed up with us personally to keep us updated and when resolved followed up again to ensure all of the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Great customer service goes a long way and personal attention even further! Highly recommend Epic Will! 5 Stars all the way!

I am a single person with 2 adult children and a simple "estate" with a home, car and a few cherished items. I wanted an affordable way to legally memorialize my final wishes. Epic Will was not only very affordable but easy to complete with clear instructions. I had 1 challenge which they stepped in to help resolve in 2 days. I would highly recommend Epic Will.

I wish this had worked for us! After diving deeper into our ideal will, we realized we needed an attorney. However, Epic Will came very close. We received a full refund within 24 hours. It was worth an attempt to try this company's offer. 5 Star company for sure!!!

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it didn't have enough options for us to complete our estate documents and we ended up moving forward with a lawyer for our needs. For that reason, I'd recommend that anyone whose will is relatively straightforward definitely use Epic Will--super affordable and easy to use. For more complicated estates, save yourself some time and hire a pro.

There are a lot of companies out there when it comes to wills and the process can be daunting. However, my experience with Epic Will was smooth and easy. They were very quick to answer any questions I had and were able to help walk me through the process. It is also their mission to provide free wills so single mothers which is pretty neat. It was easy to make my decision when I found out they were in the business for more than just selling wills. They are trying to make a difference and raise awareness to how important it is to have a living will. I would recommend this company.

If you have any complexities such as a trust or disinheriting someone, online wills are probably not the way to go. That said, Epic Will is an easy to use website that walks you through the process step by step. It is very good for simple and straightforward wills. Ultimately I was not able to use it but not because of a problem with the product itself. The company worked with me to understand my challenge and issued me a full refund.

I love the idea and was able to begin the process to pass it onto my husband. In the meantime, we adjusted our financial plans and found that this WILL was not set up for the TRUST we needed to do what we wanted for our grandchildren. That being said, the only flaw I see is that there was a week of "technical difficulties" that kept me from retrieving my password to log in, initially. The refund process was fast and efficient and the people were very friendly! Maybe down the road, there will be specific programs for the various states... Thank you!

Like many others this product didn't work for me. I have a blended family and a common but slightly more complicated situation. I'm planning on just seeing an attorney.

I requested a refund via the customer service email address and received a response in less than an hour with proof of refund. Five stars for that.

If you are single or married with only kids from your current marriage than this might work for you.

No flexibility. Don’t use unless you’re doing a very standard cookie cutter will. Even then you may have issues. I couldn’t complete mine and I’m seeking a refund
