Absolute satisfaction; with items, services, support (which was, due to the local delivery service) very complicated. Their work and philosophy resonate with me very much. But communication with The customer support is the best. And items as well.

Outstanding customer service
Not only was the product excellent and of wonderful quality, but the customer service I received was impeccable. I contacted Equality Threads when I realised my item might take longer to be delivered than I had originally thought. They went over and above to ensure that the order was sped up, altered the delivery address at my request and followed up to check everything was okay. They really went over and above to ensure it arrived in time and I'm extremely appreciative.
