Great service -- as long as Equals was working with us
We are giving you a 4-star instead of a 5-star because while our experience in getting started was very excellent (reasonably prompt responses that addressed our issues), the money has yet to show up in our transferee bank account after 4 days.
We do suspect that the problem lies with the transferee bank and not with Equalsconnect, but it still is an issue, and it still detracts from our overall experience.
{UPDATE: The problem was indeed with the transferee bank; it now has been resolved.}
