This company are shocking I have paid for an item. And for delivery. It's been several weeks now, no address for the company,no phone number and now website taken down. Still no item no response to multiple emails. But have the audacity to dispute a case raised with the bank. Wow that's disgusting.

Ordered a wax jacket for my wife. Apart from the email confirmation I have received no jacket and had no response to numerous emails sent. I have been unable to find a phone number to contact them. I suspect this is a scam

Bought a portable water heater, doesn’t work, tried endlessly to contact the company for a refund but they only have an email and have ignored me. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a sham!!! I ordered my daughter n Irideon jacket on December 20th. I payed with PayPal and they already took the $191.00 dollars out of my account yet I still have not received the coat. When I look at tracking, it hasn't even been sent et. I tried to email them and they don't respond. I am now going to have to try to get my money back via a PayPal dispute. Their customer service SUCKS! They have no phone number and no address. Contacting the BBB as well!!!

Scam company avoid at all costs. Website is fake and products don't arrive.

This seemed like a legitimate company, however after several email exchanges the item ordered has not been received. About to start process of reporting a scam and claim money back.

Awful Company, totally unprofessional! Ordered a belt, which was too small so reordered a larger size, they sent one much smaller! Now have two unwanted belts - have sent messsages and emails - all unanswered. No way of returning the two belts so stuck with them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Sent 10 plus emails, non have been replied sufficiently.

I ordered a 5XL jacket and was sent a 4XL. Not a major disaster - asked for an exchange and was advised I would have to return the jacket and order a replacement- inconvenient but not the end of the world.

Then the problems started. No response to numerous email requests for progress of the refund. No telephone number to contact them directly.

Took over a month to finally receive my refund - which came through just as I was starting a chargeback with my credit card. So worrying .

I should have read reviews before I purchased. Lesson learnt.

My advice - avoid this company at all costs and purchase from the manufacturer who answer the phone and the jacket was even cheaper!

I paid for my order it did come but was too big, I sent it back the very same day oaid £5.90 to send it back, only to be told that it couldn’t be located in their warehouse. No refund and no gilet.

Lesson learnt go to an equestrian store like I always have done. Or stick to Amazon!

I ordered, they took my money - end of story - no goods and no contact. Unfortunately I paid via debit card so there is no way to get my money back.

wish I came across these reviews before ordering. still trying to get a refund but doesn't look like it's happening. do yourself a favour and shop from a legit website, not these scam artists. Also don't trust the reviews on their website, they remove the bad ones

A Rotten to the core business. The worst service ever, they just delay and delay you over returns. Patently they want your money but not your custom.

I would strongly advise anyone NOT to use this company to order anything. I ordered an Eccotemp hot water shower which developed a fault within a few weeks of delivery.

The first response from Equestrianco was to ask me to remove internal parts of the unit to check if they were working. I refused to do this as it would clearly invalidate any warranty on the unit. I requested that the unit was returned for a full refund as it was clearly not fit for purpose. I had to return it at my expense, and they refused to reimburse the postage costs.

Being based in Lithuania they have no understanding of UK consumer law which requires the trader to cover the costs of returning a faulty item. I have reported Equestrianco to trading standards as others have done.

I am so annoyed with myself that I have trusted this site to purchase goods! Paid £14.99 for a 1-3 day delivery. Now 8 days and no goods. No response from the e mail I have sent 3 days ago. Asking for a refund of the delivery charge. Now I have e mailed again asking for a refund of the goods. How can this company Equestrian co get away with this appalling service . I will be pursuing this further.

Hard to return faulty items, doesn’t even give you an address to send it back to from the online form and you have to pay for postage yourself.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are not a British company and there is no come back when any thing goes wrong unless you want to return it to Lithuania. They are selling British goods so purchase from Britain where you will have so come back. They sent us the wrong items and then played for time until the Paypal claim timed out.
