Incredibile quality and amazing customer service.

I love their products

Ordered a Hi Viz vest to be picked up at the store but was delivered to my address. The vest is a great fit and looks smart.

I made an error with an order & Nicky was super helpful in sorting it out on my behalf. I have always been pleased with purchases from Equisafety & would definitely recommend.

I had previously purchased an Equisafety Polite hi vi vest. Absolutely loved it. Such good quality and features that I wanted. Unfortunately, the chequered strap on the back started to come adrift. I could not find the receipt hence couldn't even say for definite when I purchased it. I telephoned Equisafety and they were so helpful. (I had already sent an email showing the fault). Nicky immediately stated that she would send out a replacement and apologised. I really do appreciate good customer service. 5 Stars. Thank you.

I purchased a helmet which was listed as in stock on their website. After waiting several weeks for delivery I reached out and was informed the hat was not in stock and it was a special order. I agreed to wait the 6 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks then came and went and when I followed up I was informed this was due to a delay with Charles Owen. Confused as this hat was manufactured by Champion i replied and they assured me it would ship in a week. I figured I had waited so long I could wait another week. A week came and went and more excuses from Equisafety. I received a tracking notice from Equisafety and the delivery confirmation was to their address! At this point it’s clear I’ve been scammed out of my money. I requested a refund but none was sent—luckily I paid through PayPal so opened a case. PayPal found in my favor and ultimately I was refunded no thanks to Equisafety who had my money for 5 months. An absolute scam of a company who lied and did not provide clear communication. They cited this website as proof they are a reliable company, so I shall use this platform to share that they are absolutely NOT trustworthy. BUYER BEWARE!

Great product! Bought a few pieces. Nicky is a gem, and ensured I got my order as soon as yesterday!

I'd love it if they diversified the colors (for the men's range) and considered personalising the message at the back.

Fantastic customer service and fantastic products. After being let down by another company I went to equisafety for my hi viz products.
If I need anything in the future this will be the first place that I will look to buy. Thankyou Equisafety 😃

I ordered 2 Equisafety waistcoats but only received 1 of them. I emailed on 12/04 explaining this and received a reply from Edward on 15/04 saying he would look into this. I tried calling the number no answer but left a voicemail message today and had no call back.

19/6/2025 - update changed my review from one star
Nicky contacted me and apologised for the problems with the poor service I had received. She has been in contact regularly to make sure my order came and I received it. She has made it right by sending the missing waistcoat and refunding my postage and has also send us two hat bands which we are very happy with - thank you for sorting out the problem, great products, very happy and would reorder in the future with equisafety. thank you Debbie

I bought a hi viz 'polite' waistcoat for riding my motorbike. Ordering was easy, delivery was quicker than expected and the product is amazing. Really well made, will last a long time and I've been told I do resemble a police bike at a glance. I've noticed a difference with cars on the road keeping their distance more.

Extremely helpful assistance locating a pink bike vest XL and sending to me in Australia. Great gear. Looks fantastic. Most importantly I'm sure drivers pass with a wider girth. Mission accomplished. Safer riding!

Great customer service following earlier disappointment, will definitely look to use them again!

I initially purchased a Hi-Viz gilet from Equisafety, because I really wanted something bright and also nice fitting. As soon as it arrived and I discovered how nice it is, I ordered another one in the smaller size (one for winter, one for summer :) ).
The small one arrived but had a tiny flaw in the zip that made it unable to open. One simple phone call later, that gilet was returned and I received a replacement 'working' size small the following day.

This coat is great. It fits well, is highly visible, looks good, is waterproof, doesn't rustle and scare my horse(!), has a two way zip so no scratched pommel and back vents so no getting stuck on the cantle and pockets! Perfect!
Did need scissors to remove the tags but at least that meant they were still attached! 😂😂

Given a jacket as a Xmas gift which was too small.
Edward advised to return & to include £5 cash for replacement shipping.
Delivered on 13th January.
Chased on 20th Jan to be told that it was “missed”?? & replacement would be sent out on the 22nd January.
Email chase sent today & OUT OF OFFICE email received NOT BACK UNTIL 5th February!!!
Very disappointed & not a very good customer returns service :-(

Update!
Finally received my replacement jacket. End of February.

Ordered a product that had missing parts. Emailed to return with on answer. I've since found out they are a proud sponsor of a woman who whips horses for no reason. Looks like I'll have to a chargeback on my credit card.

Edit to their comment. We sent loads of emails you promised a refund and I was checking my accounts looking for the money then you said I couldn't have a refund. You stated you haven't been a proud sponsor of Charlotte Dujardin for over 2 years, but yet I have an emails from you last year and this stating that you are a proud sponsor.

Problems with order initially but later received email saying it was a problem with staff member who o longer works for the company and they have since sent the item I had originally as good will gesture. So seems they have now improved their customer service.

Equisafety led solar outdoor light. What a great product! Being able to clip onto fences, stable divider wall etc is such a bonus. These are the brightest I have used so far, and are perfect for those of us with no mains lighting.

Quick and easy to order. My purchase arrived very quickly!
