This is a scam £420 lost do NOT buy from this site even if you can still get on it as it looks like it’s been removed

This is a SCAM.

I bought a bike from them on 27th May, paid £560.00 and they said its going to be delivered within 5 days. It's been two weeks, the bike has never arrived and never heard back from them although I had contact them numerous times via chat and emails.

They are very active on the chat before you pay and then once you pay they disappear completely.

I hope this review and the other few here who have had the same experience will save others for going thorough the same experience.

100% scam company. No terms and conditions on website. Asking people to pay via fake invoice. Never pay by bank transfer.
Shocked it’s still in operation and trustpilot are allowing all real reviews to be blocked.

It’s a scam. I wrote a long review and it’s been blocked. I have contacted Trustpilot who are quite frankly enabling this scam to continue. I have lost £800. They have used a Vets name and business from Yorkshire to create a company. They have been reported to Action Fraud. They report negative comments and Trustpilot let them be blocked. It’s beyond me. I am sure this one will be as well. It looks professional, they will send an invoice via email. DO NOT PAY IT. Trustpilot shame on you!!!

The communication since purchasing the bike as been poor. proactive to provide invoice for payment but soon as that as cleared, you hear nothing. Just hoping the bike arrives shortly

I paid for bike, no email confirmation, no delivery, no response to contact. Avoid!

Love it for the most part! Customer service can be a little slow but quality makes up for that. Enjoying riding my new bike, no problems so far.

So far not very happy with their communication via email or web chat. Very slow progress and slow updates from messages. Have made bike order online but no response with tracking numbers or delivery dates.

Should I be worried? Payments have been made
already though bank.
Would help if there was contact numbers.

Was in the process of ordering a bike, at a very good price.
All other stockists out of stock of bikes, Eracu seem to have no issues. Although there seems to be a nationwide shortage due to current demand.

I then reached the payment stage, which is by bank transfer only.

Which seems strange when normally you can have items sent to the billing address of your bank card. Alarm bells rang then! So I will be purchasing elsewhere beware.

Recieved great service. I would recommend them to everyone!
