The communication since purchasing the bike as been poor. proactive to provide invoice for payment but soon as that as cleared, you hear nothing. Just hoping the bike arrives shortly

Suspiciously the only store to have…
Suspiciously the only store to have stock of the bike I wanted, and even more suspiciously, they do not allow online payments. I received an invoice stating payment by bank transfer only, and when confirmed that I would not be paying by bank transfer, I wanted to pay by credit card, I’ve had no further response to several email. There is no contact telephone number and no VAT number on the invoice, and the address appears to be residential. DO NOT be fooled by its fancy website.

Not able to protect yourself
Ordered a heavily discounted 2020 model bike, the system said they would have to check stock, got an invoice with no other company contact. The invoice requested a bank transfer of £3600! I thought scam straight away. On to live chat As there was no way to call, once I mentioned paying by card they were not interested ( their merchant cannot currently accept card payments). Avoid as there is no protection with a bank transfer.
