From coordinating the closing with the solicitors to installing the windows treatments in order to get the property ready for rent! She has been very responsive and professional! I decided to purchase a grade 2 listed property in 2022 from ERE. The delay has been over one year and the service and follow up and response rate have been very unsatisfactory.

I made enquiry about assisted living opportunity and was approached my Joe Mercer. He explained everything very well step by step as it was my 1st time buying assisted living accommodation. From the time I first spoke to him there was warmth , kindness and professionalism. He explained everything in black and white which was very reassuring I felt was making the right decision. I appreciate his dedication.

I was then passed over to Gabriella, after sales manager who was equally good.
Buying property can be stressful but Gabriella made the whole process so smooth, she was always on board and kept me informed in every step and assured me in completing questionnaire from solicitors. We actually managed to exchanged and complete a month before agreed time and this was due to all hard work by Gabriella and Joe.
