I’ve been a long tenant at the arch company and I am very happy with all the team pretty much from all the departments, they are very helpful and very quick to respond if and when you need help .
I’m very thankful that I met Shane, at the Arch company, who is an amazing person Who understands how business operates . I think any big company or organisation would really like to have someone like Shane, as part of their team as he is very clued up and can get the job done .
From my experience, and what’s going on with my business at my unit the arch company are developing and combining two units,to make a bigger unit for my growing business, I
am very thankful to everybody at the Arch company. Especially Shane For all the hard work for seeing a big project like this turn into reality .

I have been a long standing tennant with arch co. There are a few people in particular that really stand out at that business that have earned my complete loyalty. One is David Smith, who I believe is a very strong asset to the business. I would like to continue my long standing relationship with arch co, because of people like him that I can still reach out to whenever needed even though he was promoted into another team a few years ago.

I would have given 5 stars but have had a few small issues that have been resolved fairly well, regarding a break in and a few other basic things, by Louise Griffin.

Overall I think since the network rail exit arch co has been moving in the right direction and it’s great to see so many derelict arches being given a new lease of life!

There is a nice community in my area on Holyrood street and I feel it is well looked after and serviced.

Easy and painless process to find industrial work space in London.

The Arch Company has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding the right workshop space for me. The whole experience was smooth and well supported from start to finish.

From enquiry to moving date and now as a current tenant, the communication has been amazing. Natasha was my contact and was quick to problem solve any issues that may have caused delays. We were on a tight timeline and the team was able to keep us moving along. I was advising my brother on the acquisition of an arch unit from the Arch Company is South London.
I am an MD of one of the UK’s largest commercial property companies but have no experience in this particular sector.
I was very impressed with the service that David Smith (Head of Leasing West) and his team provided. They very helpful when dealing with my brother and all his requests for information and the whole transaction process is simplified in a way that means you can transact quickly and cost effectively.
I imagine for the majority of their clients who are small businesses working on tight budgets with limited commercial property knowledge this is a real bonus.

She handled every issue professionally and thoroughly, always with impressive speed and efficiency. What stood out most to me was her patience and the way she genuinely listened throughout the process.

In my opinion, she is a real credit to Arch Company. I wish I could thank her even more, but apparently she’s not allowed to accept gifts or she could lose her job — her words, not mine! Ha.

I would like to leave a review for Noel, who manages credit control for my landlord regarding my shop.

Noel has been very responsible, professional, and understanding throughout my tenancy. During a period when I experienced difficulties making payments on time, he maintained excellent communication with me and showed genuine willingness to help.

Rather than putting additional pressure on me or risking me losing my shop, Noel worked with me to find practical solutions that helped me stay on track. His understanding and support during that difficult time made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate it.

Huw as a lease manager in my opinion is the best you'll get if you want someone to be transparent and honest he goes out his way for customers, we was on a tight schedule moving in to a property and Huw made it happen very easy and stress-free.
