Every step of the process was professional and well done. Easy to get an quote for the project. I was kept up to date with every step. The installation crew were very efficient and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend Ergeon for you fencing needs.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service! I was clear about what I wanted and an appointment was made for a video call which I found very unusual. However, that is the way they said they worked. 4 days later after many confirmation texts and 15 minutes before my appointment I received a text telling me that they don't do the kind of fencing that I needed and to have a nice day. This entire process was unprofessional from the beginning. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

My initial phone consult was excellent. Kerecia took her time and went over some options for my home fencing project. I am anxious to get my project started!

I would like to revise my previous review. Fernando worked very hard to correct the issues I had with the initial installation. He recently sent a second crew to correct and fix all of my concerns. The crew he sent did a fantastic job . The only reason I didn't give them a five was it was a bit of a battle to get them to the job right.

Angelica was very knowledgeable and handy with their software. She explored other options to make the fence fit right on my backyard.

From start to finish,the project went amazingly well and completed in a timely fashion…even in inclement weather! We absolutely LOVE our new aluminum fence which has added to our curb appeal…also very affordable pricing! We highly recommend ERGEON!

Dayne was so awesome! He walked me through everything and even showed me a model of how the fence would look when completed and it was very impressive! He took time to answer my questions and was also very kind and has a great sense of humor!

Gustova was the representative who assisted me. He was very pleasant and patient when making all the necessary changes I requested to the layout of my project. Once my decision was final, he forwarded the necessary paperwork for my deposit to have the work started within my time line. Again, thank you.

Dayne did an amazing job of breaking it down and covering every aspect and detail, from warm welcoming and introduction along with the credentials of the company to sell me and my wife our fence.

This my second time using Ergeon they always do a wonderful job. They always on time they keep you involved the whole time at the appointment. Project managers always call to let you know what’s going on before the project and after.
