We used to have to repeatedly search for the same information when updating product data, but now everyone on the team can work from the same place.

Our marketing team uses HubSpot Content Hub. Previously, there were repeated questions about product information. Now everyone can work from the same data.

We make use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Shopify. Before, product data was available everywhere. It can now be effectively arranged or organized in one place. It is not absolutely perfect but certainly took off some of our workloads.
