I really enjoyed working with the Executive Services PR team. The tax issue was complicated earlier but it has now been simplified.

At one time, I received a lot of good support, but other times I felt that things were delayed or confusing. Thus, it is good to set clear expectations beforehand for using it.

I was well-served and the workers looked experienced. However, there are other instances when you have to follow up yourself for things to go smoothly.

Handling tax and compliance tasks by yourself is very time-consuming. This service has drastically taken down that load.
They carry out the procedure in a systematic manner which can help busy business owner.

They express conceptually what they are doing and why. This clears up the entire process and makes decision making easy and simple.

Executive Services PR were easy to get in touch with. Questions were answered quickly and politely.

As a content creator with multiple income streams, my tax situation was messy. ESPR understood the unique nature of my business, properly categorized my income under Act 60, and set up a streamlined system for my quarterly estimates and deductions. Huge relief.

All around amazing experience dealing with ESPR. Reliable company, and very clearly an expert in Act 60 incentives and Puerto Rico’s business dynamics after speaking with them. Their staff is professional and communicates well.

This is the only Puerto Rico tax and CPA firm I’ve ever spoken with that acts like they actually care about their clients and work to serve their clients.
After screening 4 other accounting companies I’ve had:

2 never responded or sent me the proposal I was asking for, 1 that switches up their pricing and is inconsistent between what they say/do before billing me, and 1 company that never responded at all or acted like they had any interest in my business.

Executive Services PR responded to me within the same day and the consultation/follow-up with the proposal was handled within 3 days. I felt like they actually listened to me and wanted to work together.

We initially hired the company under the impression that all necessary filings had been taken care of. Unfortunately, we later discovered several serious issues with payroll, business tax filings, and personal returns. In some cases, they claimed to have submitted documents to the IRS and Hacienda when they had not.

We also noticed significant problems with the accuracy of their bookkeeping. Communication was poor throughout, and we were never given direct access to a licensed CPA. In the end, we had to go back and fix or refile everything on our own.

Based on this experience, we strongly suggest others do thorough research before hiring, and avoid paying anything upfront. There are multiple posts on other platforms describing similar issues. While the initial price may seem appealing, it's not worth it if you end up having to redo all the work. Also, be cautious of fake review, many of the positive ratings on third-party sites appear to be paid for. Proceed with caution.

Executive Services PR runs all of our payroll and admin processes while managing our reporting. Their team communicates well and stays on top of everything.
