Placed order July 4th
Placed order July 4th, ships in 2-3 days. July 7th told out of stock will update the 10th on inventory shipment. No update. I followed up with a status request July 10th. July 13th update-no shipment, no estimate on receiving stock, I cancelled order. Told few days for refund (paid by cc). July 16th asked for update on refund, 17th they said they would get back to me, didn't. Filed a dispute with the cc company to get my money refunded. As of today, July 18th, you can still place the same order I placed and it says 2-3 day delivery even though they have nothing in stock. Look elsewhere!!

We experienced an unexpected issue with an inbound inventory shipment that delayed your order. In 8 years of business, this was the first time we had encountered an issue like this, and unfortunately it affected a number of customer orders.
Customers impacted by the delay were given the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund. When you chose to cancel, we initiated your full refund on July 14. The refund was pending with the payment processor and was subsequently completed back to your original payment.
We completely understand that the changing timeline was frustrating, and we agree that our website should have reflected the inventory delay more quickly. The shipment issue has since been resolved, and we’ve updated our processes to communicate any future delays more clearly.
