STRAIGHT UP SCAM – Do not buy from this company.

I attempted to get my money back when I discovered the essential oils are adulterated and not natural oils. The company copy-pasted his automatic reply to people discovering they have been scammed. This company knows the law and it is unlikely you can get your money back, unless you do EVERY step correct from the beginning - please get advice before even trying. This company knows their scam well.

Most of the oils are terrible quality synthetic oils that don't even come close to the natural thing.

I intend to report this company to the ACCC to protect well-meaning consumers looking for genuine products.

WILL NOT REFUND MONEY, DID NOT RECEIVE ITEMS, DOESNT ANSWER CALLS.
I ordered from this shop for the first time, they did not specify shipping so I assumed it was part of the cost of the items. Later I received an invoice for and additional 50% on top of my order. I requested a refund, a week later I received an email from Max asking me to send my CC details including CVC & expiry. I explained email is the least safest way to send CC details. Sent several follow up emails and made multiple calls per day to the listed phone number, no one ever answers the phone. I basically donated money to this company and will be following up with consumer affairs QLD.
