Escentric Reviews

A first time buyer of wax melts and I think I’m hooked!
The handmade candles and melts are gorgeous and are really well made, packaged and presented.
Great customer service and fast delivery!
Would highly recommend.

Ordered some lovely custom candles which arrived beautifully packaged, the smell when opening the box was absolutely divine ❤️

Great customer service, talked me through different scents depending on what I like and what colour would work best with each scent.

Will always come back time and time again, a very happy customer 💛

Fantastic products, fast delivery, great communication! X

Great service and fantastic natural bath bombs.

Beautifully packaged as always and a great fragrance! Given as a gift. Recipient very happy 😃

I have ordered many items from this small business and will continue to do so as the products are always 11 out of 10. There is always that extra attention to detail - a gift bag, a freebie, a wax melt, a beautifully packaged delivery. The items are wonderful the perfumes all smells divine, the skin care beats the high Street brands hands down (now I used them I doubt I will ever go back to high street brands!) The customer service and delivery are always 5 stars too. LOVE this brand so much I purchased quite a few Christmas presents for family and no doubt once they try out their presents they will continue to purchase too! Thank you so much for all the wonderful purchases, Happy New Year to you and yours, see you in 2024 ready to buy MORE!! 😉

5* service every single time! Always beautifully packaged and just the most gorgeous products. These were the body butters and are tucked away ready for wrapping for Christmas. Although maybe one of them just might be for me! What a lovely little business Escentric is 💜

Thanks Amanda. Great box again well packaged love the little extras. Quick delivery. Amazing seller.

Absolutely brilliant - great service from a local business. Will definitely be buying again!

Extremely quick delivery of beautiful and gorgeous smelling products. Wonderfully happy with my purchases.

Another wonderful purchase from Escentric. A repeat of magic balm, helping a groin strain, aches of a nana and swollen fingers. Beautifully presented and gorgeously packaged. Wonderful wax melts, lime/basil a must for every kitchen. Oh and seasonal ones too...the smell is divine, loving apple pumpkins.

Excellent service, arrived on time, very nicely packed and the perfume smells great.

Fabulous service. Messaged late at night about a recommendation for a cream. Replied within minutes even though they were on Holiday. Said that it would be posted when they returned and arrived 2 days later. Product amazing.

Wonderful products. Beautiful packaged. Fast postage. Made with luv. Packaged with care.
I would buy again from this seller and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I’ve had a few of the wax melts, beautiful day being my favourite. They smell amazing. you can burn them at least 3 times and still get the same strong smell. The perfume is strong and last all day and the cbd cream is amazing too. Amanda has great communication and fast delivery, couldn’t ask for a better service.

The “Shine Right” cbd serum is absolutely amazing on the skin! This has helped in the reduction of visible texture and has gave my skin a healthy glow - further reducing the amount of products I use on a daily basis! Get yourself a wee treat from them , from wax melts to perfumes. You won’t be disappointed!! <3

I have purchased a few items from this company and everything about them is perfect, the amazing long lasting fragrance, the classy chic packaging, the amazing prices and the fantastic customer service. They are a firm favourite in the household and will be using them for all my fragrance requirements in future!

Amazing customer service with even better quality products! Absolutely love every single wax melt I've bought - packaged so nicely and long lasting beautiful scents!
Great gift options aswell perfect for birthdays etc

Family run small business. Produces high quality products. I’ve purchased wax melts, body butter (with & without CBD) & a face serum (with CBD). Fast delivery & wonderful customer service. Love the products so much I purchased a CBD balm for a friend. The aroma of the body butters, serums & wax melts are divine.
