Do not use absolute rubbish waste of time. Spent nearly £1300 bought 22000 credits wanted to send my text messages at 3PM, everything was perfect until they decided to block my account due to me buying bulk for my business. Absolute sham, spoke to about 6 different people and they all asked me the same questions over and over again. Please send your company details, I gave you my company details when you made me the account. Even so why did you happily sell me the credits after. Sham go elsewhere.

Hi Rahat, as we provide a telecoms service we have to validate new customers to ensure the service is being used for compliant business use. The initial activity was flagged automatically by the system as suspicious. I appreciate that this has been frustrating but once resolved your account was unblocked and you are able to send via Esendex in the future.

We got 2000 new messages and have not been able to activate them as none of the links we have been sent allow us to create a password that works.
We already had an account with you and thought the newer bundle would be added to that account which would have made more sense to us and saved us the trouble of again activating the SMS via Socrates.This is a busy GP practice and we have limited time to deal with technical issues
We are still awaiting it to be resolved. However all the agents we dealt with were very pleasant.
