1. the service for our company was migrated from CSOFT. It was guaranteed that the service was possible with the same API, but it did not work, we had to modify the API.
2. The support people speaks an English language which is not understandable on international basis. Is it a difficult to understand dialect for foreign people
3. Support people is not motivated to understand and solve the customer problem

We use have started to use Esendex API…
We use have started to use Esendex API to integrate with our patient pharmacy software and it seems to work reliably well and was easy to get registered etc. We haven't tried any of the rich format messages yet but seems an interesting option. I would say the message prices seem pretty steep when you compared to Twilio etc so I am unsure if it is a long term solution for us as we scale up as the costs may become prohibitive. That said the other options do not have the integration with our pharmacy software so would there is a trade off of using an integrated vs stand-alone solution
