Absolute scum of a company. Stolen my money and refusing to give it back. Same answer every time. Stay clear of this fraud

Bought off aliexpress and was overall happy with everything at first. Was the cheapest 3000w kit i could find so wasn’t expecting the world. Worked good for a while, felt fast and all installed nice. But after a few rides i had an issue with no throttle and e6 error… i opened the controller to see if it had got wet or if something obviously damaged and was greeted to a shunt mod. If you dont know what that is, basically they push all the bridges for the amp control together bypassing the safe limit the controller decides to give, so you dont even know the draw it could be anything as its bypassed. DIY’ers do it on YouTube for more acceleration but it often leads to premature failure or damaged components with prolonged use. I un-did what they had done (lucky they didnt put solder on top) and i had a working bike again but was significantly slower so at a guess id say they are 45amp controllers being shunt modded and advertised as 60a or 80a (they say luck of the draw which you get sent) mine said 80a on the sticker. Its not. They are the same size as a 45a controller too which i did notice on install but didnt think much of it at the time. An 80a would be considerably larger. Theres cutting costs and there is blatantly lying. Something on top i will have to buy now. On the plus side the motor seems ok at the moment and the bike works 99% of the time. I feel like the shunt mod has effected the health of my battery and seems to voltage sag more now which is annoying as thats the real expensive part to replace. I paid £290 for the whole kit, 72v 3000w motor with ‘60a/80a’ controller so 🤷🏻‍♂️ Bare in mind to buy an ok 80a controller separately its around £100-£130 on its own, so to get everything for £290 obviously corners were cut. Next time i will just spend more and buy better. Just wish they didnt lie. Plus i only got 15 days return on aliexpress not the usual 30 and this issue happened after 15 days so be wary. The whole listing and store has since disappeared so no reviews etc can be read. Chat doesn’t connect. Dodgy. Just goes to show you dont know what your getting from china when it comes to kits or components. If you never opened one up you may never know and then if you was to re-sell it later unknowingly as something its not thats a hassle too.

Kit failed after a first 30 minute ride.
Very poor response from their customer service that suggested multiple tests over multiple emails, demanding video evidence and finally that their whole kit was dismantled and sent to their warehouse in Poland AT MY OWN COST (60 quid).
Hours wasted, costs entailed for what was essentialy a new kit. No offer to refund, only a return to repair. ESOUL sight their sales policy which I doubt is compliant in EU.
Don't touch them if you expect an after sales service worth its name.

Very poor and rude communication with this company. They deleted their last video were I had some conversations with curious potential buyers for their kits.
I ordered one and paid with my credit card. After that my order was cancelled and the money gone. Once every 24 hours at 7 in the morning somebody was answering i replied immediately but then you gotta wait another 24 hours. I asked my bank to get the money back. Beware

I bought an esoul battery and a charger on their website about 2 years ago.
The first charger broke after 2 weeks, the second after a little bit more than a year.
And the battery is very poor in quality, it doesn't deliver enough power while you ride.☹️

Esoulbike is refusing my warenty due too what they claim is "heavy rain".
My esoulbike tsdz2 is not rain proof eventough it is rated ip65. Ip65 means resistant to water jets from all directions. It stopped working after 4 months of city use and after consulting with esoulbike i opened the motor. It was wet, severely corroded and smelled of burnt electronics.
Dont buy here if you want your rights respected.

Unlike every other single vendor I've encountered they don't include tax in their advertised price. so you will end up paying a lot more for what may seem like a good deal.

I'm so happy, I received the kit today, the assembly took a little time but there is a video to help me, which makes me feel very reliable. After I put it on my bike is like being given a new life. Thank you so much esoulbike for the product, I love it!
