I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed my order on 3/6/26 with an expected delivery date of 3/9/26. When nothing arrived, I called on 3/25 and was told it would be delivered by 3/31. That date came and went—still no package.
I called again on 4/2 and requested a refund since the item had clearly not been shipped or delivered. I was told I would receive an email once the refund was processed, but I never received anything.
Now, after calling again today (4/7), I’m being told the package “should” arrive on 4/8—after I already requested a refund. To make matters worse, the tracking number still shows that the courier hasn’t even received the item yet, which makes this entire situation even more frustrating.
Customer service then advised me to refuse the package once it arrives, but said I would be charged a $19 return fee. That is completely unacceptable. Why should I be charged for returning something that was never delivered on time and wasn’t even properly shipped when promised?
I simply want my money back. Being told I can’t get a refund until they receive merchandise I never actually received is beyond unreasonable. Now I have to dispute with my bank.
I’ve ordered from this company before without any issues, but after this experience, I will never order from them again. This has been a frustrating and disappointing process from start to finish.

False advertisement
Ordered a Dress and Hat fir my wifes Christmas gift. 14 day shipping! Ordered on 27 Nov right away the dress comes in. I am looking for the hat. On Dec 10 I get an out of order notice through email. Ok now its a little late to switch gears in a gift, I am asked do I want a refund or wait! Oh well I have half the order so refund on a hat is out of the question. I am informed 27 Dec, is the ship date, welp there goes a half Christmas gift. Flash forward to 31 Dec I call ok where is the hat? Now I am upset and tell the young lady why ship half of an order and inform a customer at the last hour things are back ordered? I was not given the option to choose another ensemble. The wife wants the hat with THIS outfit and without it this is incomplete. Si are you going to wave the 30 day return rule as you messed up not me. No hat, she dies not want it. Just send a dress minus jacket! I have been a customer for a/a 10 years this how we treat repeating customers? Horrible service on this
Poor quality and costly to return items.
I purchased 2 dresses and a pants suit for total of $205.98. The dresses were a cheap thick polyester, which looked awful and the 3pc pants suit was a thin flimsy fabric. I was charged a re-stocking fee for EACH item and return postage which came to 46.00. Basically, I lost almost 50 bucks to try on and return these 3 items. I will never buy from them again. I suggest u think twice between the poor quality, restocking and return shipping fees u have to pay to get rid of them.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Made a purchase in late June 2025. Charged for all items, received half of items ordered. Have contacted customer service NINE times over four months with no assistance whatsoever. I haven't got the items, but I am OUT the money spent.
Transaction Fraud, NOT RECOMMENDED
Unfortunately, a one star is the lowest that can be given. Nevertheless, don't trust the store. No response to emails and expect to be on hold over an hour. I ordered a quantity of 2 of two separate dresses priced at $29.99 each on sale, two separate colors, 4 dresses total. I only received a quantity of 2 dresses, not 4. This company charged me $59.98 each for two dresses and did not send the other two items purchases. Basically, they fraudulently charged my card AFTER the the transaction the off sale price and not the sales price. I should have been charges $65.98. Then you have the matter of calling customer services. I was on hold over an hour before i was able to reach someone that claims new management and they are not able to see the old order, how convenient. After repeating the same script to me over 10 minutes, i asked to speak to a manager so she forward my call to a script that repeats the following, "Thank you for hold, our team is reviewing your request and will be right with you, we appreciate your time and we promise it will be worth the wait." it was a continuous loop for over 17 minutes and still counting at the time of the post. This company practices fraudulent sales methods an you are advised to not risk compromising your credit cards and time. They will be reported to the credit card company and the state attorney general.
No customer service available to assist
The company suddenly closed once my order was received. I had issues with my order and needed to return or exchange. Since they shut down I was not able to return or exchange and currently on July 8, 2025 I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. So they have my money and I have products that I cannot use and have no way of communicating with anyone. Their phone number from June 27 to July7 had a recorded message saying they are not available. As of July 8 2025 there is an answering machine but it goes to voice mail!!! I will not be ordering anymore I will be shopping on elsewhere!!!

The absolute WORSE. Been waiting a month on a refund for merchandise I never received. Do not I repeat DO NOT order from this store. And the Lady in customer service is RUDE AND has an attitude with me because I want my money owed to me.

They said that they would not refund but would reship but only one of the items that I ordered is available. I said then refund my money. the rep said she would have to email her supervisor. This is most horrible, terrible, situation ever. I received no resolution after being on hold for 15 minutes.

The Horrible shopping experience
The whole entire experience. I bought 7 suits 2 were too big I sent them back the last one I received was a complete disaster.. the box was damaged and had been opened the invoice was missing and not to mention it was too small. I called them had to wait on hold 45 minutes just for them to tell me. It was a final sale and they couldn’t even exchange it. I wasn’t asking for a refund but and exchange. After all I he money I spent they wouldn’t compensate me in any form. That’s horrible customer service and I will never order from again. I had a problem with all 7 deliveries and all I got was a bunch of apologies.

If I have a choice I would rate this company a zero-0- What is shown in the Catalog is totally different in quality when you get the product. If you send it back you have to pay shipping fee, then only what to give you credit, so when you order again you pay for shipping and other fees. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO SHOP HERE!!!! STAY AWAY.......

When they offer deferred billing they still take the money that day and tell you that a code wasn't entered when it was, terrible customer service not helpful at all act as though this is all the customers fault.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I sent a product back over 2 weeks ago and still have to received my credit back to my credit card. These people are a fraud company !!! Every time I called to check status, they state it takes 10 businesses days. Well it has been over 10 businesse days.
Truly disappointed this time
I have ordered hats and suits from them many times and always received compliments on what I wear. However, this time, the suit I ordered was too big. I had to pay $50 to return it in exchange for a smaller size. The suit itself cost $150, so now I am out $200.
The suit was returned over a week ago, but I have called customer service twice, and they keep telling me it takes 10–14 business days to process. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the service. They even offered me another option: pay for the suit again, and they would refund my money within 14 days. This is absurd.
Now, they have the suit in their possession, and they can send me the smaller size if I pay again, but if I don’t, I have to keep waiting. This is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed, and after seeing these reviews, I completely agree with the negative feedback. I went to UPS on 3/20 and Especially Yours claimed they did not get it until 03/26
