It unfortunate that you can't award 0 stars. The person who run this outfit is extremely rude. He called to harass me about payment after sending me a broken link to the invoice. The offer of $59 had been padded and was more than $130. The additional charges? Deep cleaning = $30. Repair was $80 (not $59) $20 for some coverage I did not request. He also kept my original case which was pristine (Oliver Peoples). The glasses were return filthy, no case and a used zip-lock baggie. Did I mention that he called to harass me on Christmas Eve? Steer clear of this business and it's owner.

I wish I could give this place negative 100 stars. For starters, I should have know this was a scam just based on the quality of their shitty website. I ordered sunglasses, immediately realized I had placed the order for the wrong ones, and because I had paid for rush shipping, I wanted to get a hold of them ASAP to cancel the order. I called twice with no answer. I then googled the company because I had a suspicious feeling, and learned from several other buyers that it is a scam. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I then get a text from a woman representing the company. I explained that I needed to cancel my order asap. To say this woman was rude and unprofessional would be an enormous understatement. She gave me a hard time about canceling my order and wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee. I told her I had already cancelled the charge with my credit card company. She then went on to yell at me via (a million exclamation points and repeated texts) text and actually insult me. I guess from my last name she noticed I am Polish, so she began insulting me about that as well. She kept going and going. I eventually told her I would call the police and file a harassment report if she didn’t stop. She then told me she’d be charging my card the restocking fee whether I liked it or not. She went to try to charge the card and it wouldn’t go through because of the dispute I had file a few minutes earlier. She actually had the nerve to ask me for the info for another card so she could charge me the fee. Like I was going to give this lunatic scammer my credit card information. She kept going until she eventually stopped. I thought I was good, but then noticed the charge on my credit card today from this purchase/cancellation that took place a month ago. She somehow manipulated something to make the charge go through. They took $200 from me and I have nothing to show for it. I filed another dispute with my CC company today. I’m hoping they can make this right. I don’t know how people get away with this stuff. There has to be better laws and safeguards in place for online buyers! I will fight this until the very end. That company and its people are a disgrace.

Would never order from this company again - ordered frame on 1/16/18 and they NEVER let our office know it wasn't available. We got an email the day we placed the order that we would be notified when shipped. This never happened, I called and left a message 1/30/18 and never heard back. Called again on 2/1/18 and was treated the rudest I have ever been talked to by a customer service rep. This business should be shut down, if you don't want/like to deal with customers, don't be in that business.

Outrageously rude customer service
Outrageously rude customer service. I do not get it. They wrote to me that something was not in stock and that it was damaged and gave me 2 different telephone numbers to call them if I had any questions about picking out something else. I called and was promptly berated by a female "customer service" person for calling them. When i asked her why she was being so nasty, she hung up on me immediately, and without explanation!
I am so angry at the disrespect received when all I wanted to do was buy a frame in good faith. Oh...also they took my AMEX as advertised on line for payment in full and it was accepted. Then they call me to say they no longer accept AMEX for payment so I would have to us another credit card which i also gave to them as a second payment in full. Let's see what they do with the charges made. Not expecting them to do the right thing. Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE FRAMES!!!

Never had issues. Received my glasses on time. The company communicated with me by email and followed up on my questions almost immediately. Great service, inexpensive, and quality eye glasses. I ordered GUCCI.

Couldn't Believe the Rudeness!!!!!
I called recently inquiring about a product online. I was very polite. The "customer service" representative on the other end was EXTREMELY, unbelievably rude! She picked up the phone without a proper greeting, was talking as if she was at her lunch break or something and I was nothing but a bother to her. It was my first time calling Eyewear Orders, but she asked me quite literally, "didn't you call like 4 times or something?" No I did not! And what an attitude! I couldn't believe the tone of this person who is supposed to provide friendly service to calling customers. I stayed polite throughout the entire conversation, yet she proceeded to hang up the phone before I was even able to finish my sentence. To make matters worse, I called back asking to speak to a supervisor and her response was, "you're problematic, nobody needs a headache," and proceeded to hang up. I was about to place an order, but you they lost a customer and will lose many more if people knew the true nature of the people working for this company. I hope it was just an isolated case of someone who was perhaps fet up with their life and job, and I hope this one person does not represent everyone working for this company. I doubt this message will even reach any person of authority there, but had to call them out! Completely unacceptable. And if SHE is reading this...obviously you're not mature in the head...you probably had a messed up childhood or something...obviously the people who raised you didn't know what they were doing, but don't take your frustrations out on the world, get help for God's sake.
And now I am coming across all these other peoples' experiences, so I am not the only one! I'm so glad I didn't order from them!!

How rude!
I needed a particular Coach frame that was difficult to find anywhere else. I found them on eyewearorders.com. Several of the color choices indicated that they had been discontinued, but one had not. So, I ordered. Kept checking email to see if I had gotten a response from them. Lo and behold, when I checked website again, this color was also discontinued! I called the company and got a VERY rude customer service rep. She was just horrible to try to talk to. She wanted to know the order number and said it had been cancelled. When I tried to ask about whether or not the card had been charged, she yelled at me that the card had not been charged. I guess time will tell. You can depend on my contacting the card company and letting them deal with fraudulent charges if it is charged.

I'll be contacting my credit card and try to claw back my cash (god willing). Let me repeat: eyewearorders are total scum, I wish all involved with their 'operation' lives filled with loss and misery.
The real fraud
Hello, people. I'm from Russia, sorry for my English. The problem is the same. I made the order 04.07.2016 at 2:41 Moscow time. I entered on this website my card details and security code. Received in my email the order number without identifying the product and its value. I wrote the letter, that this situation makes me nervous. At 23:01 on account my card has been authorised the money for the order in favor of the seller. But at 23:05 I received the letter full of nonsense that sunglasses ordered are not in stock, the seller gives 15% discount to other sunglasses, began to offer to repair my sunglasses. I wrote that if sunglasses are not, please cancel the order and refund my money. In response to the silence. I wrote again. Again the same thing. I called, but the recipient of the call by female voice roughly and rudely said that I will never write and never call them. She interrupted the conversation, not allowing me to say anything, and hung up. I called again, but now the caller hung up the phone right away.
I long time have not experienced such strong feelings of anger, resentment and despair.
I read all the reviews here, spoke with the account manager in my bank about this situation and in the end I wrote them the next letter today:
