First-class customer service from start to finish!

I recently took my Sage Barista Express coffee machine to Expresso Rescue for a repair, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The whole process, from start to finish, was first class. There was no upfront payment, and the work required was fully explained to me before anything was carried out. They even shared videos and photos confirming the issue with the machine and showing exactly what was needed to repair it, which gave me complete confidence that I was getting the right work done.

My machine was fully serviced using brand-new replacement parts, which also come with a parts and labour warranty. Even better, the machine was ready to collect the very same day.

What really impressed me was that the service didn’t just stop at repairing the machine. Expresso Rescue also took the time to share some really useful tips on how to maintain the machine properly, including advice on what type of bottled water to use to help keep it running at its best.

The service was fantastic, the communication was excellent, the turnaround was incredibly quick and the price was very competitive.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Expresso Rescue enough. If you have a coffee machine that needs repairing or servicing, I would definitely give them a try.

They also went the extra mile by professionally changing the plug to a UK plug, which was a thoughtful touch and made the machine ready to use straight away. My Sage machine needed some TLC as it wasn’t heating the water to the required temperature. Even after a descale no water was coming out the water spout either.
Arranging to get it in to Espresso Rescue (who are local to me) was easy and all communication was done by WhatsApp. Once they had a chance to review the machine and assess what was needed I received a detailed quotation on the Monday, itemising the parts needed and associated costs. On the Friday I received a message to say it would be ready to collect early the following week. I collected it and it’s been running like a dream ever since. It might sound silly to say a coffee machine has sentimental value but it does and I’m so pleased it’s working as it should.
6 month warranty in labour and parts is great too.
