A good honest company who diagnosed the problems with my Sage Barista Touch espresso machine. A service and fix was carried out. Vittorio was thorough in explaining the problem, demonstrated the fix in his worskhop and gave great advice on maintaining the machine as well as how to get the best out of it. Would highly recommend reaching out to this company if you have any problem with your espresso machine.

Well what can i say apart from absolutely amazing first class customer service.
I had a problem with my grinder so decided to drop them a message.
They could of easily advised i send it in to be fixed but instead they sent me a diagram, lots of help and advice and their responses were swift and well out of normal hours.
In this day and age this kind of help and level of care is almost unheard of.
I will be recommending them to anyone and using them anytime i need new equipment.

Great communication and service from Espresso Rescue. Fixed my Sage Oracle machine with no fuss, gave it a service and returned it with a free bag of coffee. It's now working perfectly making great coffee. The advice offered to keep my machine in perfect working order was also very welcome. Would thoroughly recommend Espresso Rescue and will be getting my machine regularly serviced by them.

Vittorio was extremely helpful. Not only did he repair my machine, he fully serviced it and shared some very useful tips for keeping in great working order and how to ensure I get the best out of it. He set it up for me and the first drink I had on getting it home was perfect. I would definitely use again and recommend. I will also be buying the beans he supplies, they are fab.

Espresso Rescue serviced my rocket R58. Vittorio did a first class job and is incredibly knowledgeable about all coffee machines. After the service my machine was better than new. Could not recommend espresso rescue any higher. It was a pleasure to meet someone with passion and care for his work.

Excellent service from the moment we got in touch right through until I picked up my fixed machine. We were kept informed of what the problem was and how much parts and service would be. We also had the choice to continue with the repair or not free of charge.

We are truly happy with their customer service. The Expresso Rescue Team gave us complete guidance through messages and videos after having some isaues with our coffee machine. Eventually we had to send the machine and they quickly fix it and sent it back. They are trustful, efficient and professional.

My coffee machine was serviced by Vittorio. It’s so professional and knowledgeable man. Machine was completely cleaned, parts which need replacement exchenged, professionally descaled. It looks like absolutely new one. It’s not just rinse and go service, it’s fully detailed precise work. So nice to find Espresso Rescue in a world where it's often cheaper to buy new because the manufacturer charges a fortune. Espresso Rescue repaired my machine at a reasonable price within a week.
