I have been buying jewellery from essential for a decade and always loved it. I received two pairs of earrings for my birthday just over a month ago and one pair has already broken. As I liked them my friend did not keep a receipt so I cannot get a refund. I am upset as why would you keep a receipt if you liked the item.

I had ordered some earrings online for a friend, however the order had a little hiccup going through. Upon contacting Essentials, the agents, Alex, was more than helpful in resolving my query. I felt the service went above and beyond, and has been the best experience I have ever had with a company. They replied in a timely manner, and made me feel very valued as a customer. For me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewellery now, the quality and service are both 10/10.

The lovely brunette lady - annoyingly didn’t ask her name - was very helpful in finding a necklace chain and even put a link onto my pendant for free when we couldn’t find what we were looking for. Great service and will be back!

I wasn't sure if I was ordering the correct sizes when I ordered two rings and I was completely wrong. I was able to exchange them for the correct sizes at no cost and hassle free. Delivery was quick and the quality of the rings that I bought are great. They’re both stylish and cool. I have received many complements on my rings and I’ll definitely purchase more jewellery from this shop.

This is such an incredibly company. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff in the actual shops and hassle free exchanges with speedy postage on the return and sending out of the new sizes. The staff in Southampton branch are so helpful. I went in just before Christmas and they were fantastic! It was so busy but the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service. Sent my anklet back to be resized. Contact customer service told me what to do and responded quickly. This was done free of charge. Absolutely amazing service.

i purchased a ring and it was delivered on the 13th of december. there was a couple of minor black marks on the stone which was annoying but nothing worth returning as it wasn’t noticeable from a distance. aswell as this the band of the ring had a couple of scuff marks. today however the stone had fell out of the ring after lessthan a month of wearing it. very disappointing considering i paid £25. I also bought a matching necklace and the stone has also fell out.

i must give praise to a very polite helpful young lady called 'Bella , she was a joy , nothing too much , gave suggestions and helpful advice .
i thanked her for being polite and helpful.
pity we didn't have the same experience in other shops.

I popped in today to purchase a necklace for myself and a gift for my daughter. They had plenty of beautiful pieces and the saleswoman Samantha was really friendly and helped me pick out a stunning pair of earrings! Lovely shop and great all round customer service!

Iv been looking for good quality fashionable silver for a while. I found Essential online and their range of rings, big spinner rings and cute midi rings were perfect for me.
I had a little trouble with sizing and originally ordered way to big, but a quick email to their customer service and they were super helpful, sent me out a measuring tool next day so I could re-order immediately.
They also have the cutest Huggies and studs which are perfect stacking earrings, safe to say I bought quite a bit and will be buying more!
Every arrived so quickly, I couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered online for the first time recently. Orders came promptly with tracked delivery. I had an issue with ring sizing/some faults with pieces I've ordered and Alex at customer service was very responsive and accommodating in exchanges. Really appreciated it.

Daughter bought a bracelet and the plating wore off after one week, returned it to Guildford branch to be rudely told that’s what she should expect of costume jewelry. Very rude staff

Tried exchanging a ring, only for it to get lost/stolen in transit. Alex was great in helping during the whole process and sent the ring I initially wanted at the end of it all.
