We are sorry to read your review, however we must respectfully clarify that what you described does not reflect the facts according to our records.
You placed two orders with us. The first one, on August 4, unfortunately arrived damaged during transport. As soon as the issue was reported, we immediately took action to resolve the situation and made sure the problem was addressed.
Your second order, placed on October 31, was delivered on November 9, which is within normal and expected shipping times.
For this reason, we do not understand the reference to “6 weeks” mentioned in your review, as none of the orders show such a delay.
We are also sorry to note that, despite several emails we sent to clarify the situation, we did not receive any response or explanation from you.
We are always available to resolve any issues with our customers. So we kindly invite you to reconsider and update your review, as it currently does not reflect what actually occurred.
