Brilliant Company and Service
We went to Esslabs for pipette training led by Chris Wood and Nathan Blades and it more than exceeded expectations. Even if you think you are familiar with pipetting technique or calibration, I would advise learning good pipetting practise from them. Judy and team are very accommodating and will help tailor the training to meet your requirements. They also offered comprehensive training about weighing balance calibration and other liquid handling equipment. If you prefer not to do calibrations yourselves, they offer very rigorous servicing. I've seen it in person and can attest to their care and professionalism that will give peace of mind. Esslabs is well known for its wide range of consumables, reagents and equipment, and I cannot recommend enough going with them for scientific enquiries. They are also partnered with several reputable companies and have the expertise and drive to match you with what you would need. They are a friendly, sincere company, so don't hesitate to get in touch!

Dear Idali Investments, please accept our sincere apologies for the additional delay in delivering your order and any adverse impact this has had on your companies reputation. The manufacturer of your product was closed at the end of December which resulted in the initial 2 week delay. This was further curtailed when our normal courier was not able to deliver hazardous goods to your location. I have checked this morning and your order left the UK on Friday and is schedule to arrive early this week. In line with our quality management system, we have reviewed our internal processes to ensure delivery lead times are communicated more effectively in future and account for holidays and potential delays.

i ordered some standard before christmas, was given an ETA of 16th of january which was already not the fastest... when i tracked my order at the end of january, i was given a new ETA of mid february! nobody warned me, i had to chase.

"Metals Mix"
You sourced a chemical mix that I could not obtain in the UK, and arranged to deliver it well before the date that I need it for taught practicals, keeping me informed and prompting me when to (optimally) place my order.
The item ('Metals Mix') arrived in good time, and will allow us to continue to run that practical for at least the next 5 years.
