Excellent product support and order assistance
2BScientific offers a wide range of products, and from what I have tested, they are of high quality. The assistance I have received from my account manager (Maria Campailla) has been excellent, with quick turnaround for quote requests and academic discounts/information about applicable offers.
As a first-year PhD student, this is particularly appreciated, as it allows me to stretch my grant further!
The technical support, especially from Liz Salmon was much appreciated in identifying a more suitable mounting medium for my situation (Vectashield Vibrance), which assisted with imaging under far-red and allowing flexible storage conditions.
Other products, such as normal goat serum, have been of high quality and have helped reduce background in my fluorescent imaging. The website is also well-organised and makes it easy to identify compatible antibodies, especially in picky multiplexing scenarios.
Delivery has been great, with arrival sooner than anticipated. They also display a strong sustainability effort and provide a donation per order to the British Beekeepers Association. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with my experience.
