I cannot recommend this company enough. During my cancer and chemotherapy journey, finding a wig that made me feel like myself again was incredibly important, and they exceeded all my expectations.

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I was going through. They took the time to help me find the perfect wig and made what could have been an emotional experience feel comfortable and positive.

The quality of the wig is amazing. It looks natural, feels comfortable, and has given me a huge boost in confidence during a very challenging time. Knowing I can look in the mirror and still recognise myself has meant more than words can say.

Thank you for your exceptional service, support, and beautiful products. You have made a real difference to my journey.

I have been very self conscious about my thinning hair, especially as it was front and centre so difficult to hide. From start to finish, the whole experience was exciting and emotional. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result! No more ruined photographs and dashes to a mirror when out to try and hide my bsld spots. Wish I had done it years ago.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. fraud scammers, Only hunger for money.

Very professional, a lovely friendly experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish! The quality of the human hair wig I purchased is incredible so soft, natural looking, and easy to style. I also visited the salon in Scotland, and the staff were so welcoming and professional. They took the time to help me find the perfect fit and style. I left feeling confident and looked after. Highly recommend!

This company has completely restored my confidence. The wig looks so natural that no one can tell I’m wearing one! The salon in Scotland is fantastic—professional, clean, and very welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’m so grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

A huge thanks to Eternal Wigs team for getting my wig to me in time for my birthday! luckily they had the wig in stock. I sent a few questions about cap size measurements and they were super helpful! The packaging came in a nice silk bag with combs and caps which was a nice added touch!

Am glad I found this company,Eternal Wigs.have had not so good experiences online with other wig companies.The wigs look beautiful and natural and smells lovely too.I managed to trim the lace myself which am not very good at but they offered to cut it for me the next time I order.Over all excellent experience!

Made very welcome, required a wig following cancer treatment. Very helpful in discussing requirements, I supplied photos of my previous hair style. The wig supplied took this into account, the actual wig it's self fitted well and was as expected. Some styling had to be done to my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I am happy with the final result.

My experience with Eternal Wigs has been excellent. Having lost all my hair due to chemotherapy I needed a wig. When I went to Eternal Wigs Funmi was fab at discussing all the options. She was very friendly, approachable and professional too. She made me feel comfortable and helped so much with my wig, which I love. I’ve just been back in for my free wash, dry and style that you get when purchasing a wig. There are so many options, and Funmi will go out her way to make sure you feel good and get what’s best for you. I have also contacted Eternal Wigs in between and all my questions and concerns have been answered. Lovely service, good quality wigs, I’d def recommend 😊.

I have purchased a few wigs from Eternal Wigs now and each and every time my experience has been fantastic.
Most recently Katie was amazing, she was patient, kind and very helpful.
She answered my many questions, she also advised me on the best aftercare products.

I recently ordered a wig from Eternal Wigs and I’m really happy with the customer service from Funmi. She listened to what I wanted and ordered a wig that suited my preferences. When I went to collect the wig she talked me through how to best maintain it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Eternal Wigs.

I sent a WhatsApp and arranged to go in to the shop for a consult and originally planned to find a hair topper. Funmi was so helpful and reassuring I ended up with a full wig. My hair is getting incredibly thin so I wanted something to give me a bit of confidence for nights out and special occasions. Being apprehensive about a full wig, Funmi gave me such great advice and showed me how to put the wig on and gave me lots of information about taking care of the wig also. I’d definitely recommend for anyone looking for advice or to buy a topper/wig and would most certainly return to the shop!

Nice wigs and good customer service

My experience with Eternal wigs is very good. Funme put me at ease when I first went to her. I have had a topper before but my last lady retired so I had to find someone new.
Eternal wigs in Perth is local to me and very convinient.
After listening to me and discussing what I wanted a topper was ordered.
As it was being made to order it took a little longer than expected. This is understandable but i think it would be better if there was more communication between seller and client....even just a call to say the order is in hand.
Once it arrived I had a stylist at eternal wigs style my topper to my specifications. Funme also directed her and the outcome was lovely.
I am very happy with my topper and the service i received from them.

The customer service is always great. Katie is so supportive and has ensured my wigs are always styled beautifully and exactly how I want them. The communication is always excellent.

The wigs themselves are always of the highest quality and the hair smells beautiful and washes and styles as though it is my real hair. I always order my wigs from Eternal. I think I am coming up to my 15th order with them! Excellent quality and great customer service.

This is my first time buying a real hair wig, and it has been such a fantastic experience. We travelled quite a distance to visit Funmi for a one-to-one consultation in Perth, and it was completely worth it. Funmi was incredibly patient and helpful - she made sure I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while I decided on the right wig.

In the end, we chose a wig with some customisations to get it exactly the way I wanted. It arrived today, and I am absolutely delighted. The hairline is perfect - you can’t see it at all, which means I can wear it off my face with total confidence.

The hair is so soft and natural. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to synthetic wigs, and I’ll definitely be returning to Eternal Wigs whenever I’m ready for a new look. So glad I found them!

Beautifully made and easy to style. I’ve curled, straightened, and washed it, and it still looks brand new!
