I ordered my item on February 21st. I received a tracking number but it doesn't appear valid. I can't seem to contact customer service or track my parcel. It's now February 28th and nothing. I will report this to my credit card as fraud. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! It is now March 7th and I still have not received my order. I paid $11 for shipping. What a rip off!

I placed an order with this company on the 23rd of January & was charged £6 express delivery despite contacting them 3 times I still haven't received my item
I would now like my money back!

Terrible customer service .
Wig, when received was nothing like it looked on the website.
I received the wig on 19/12/24 .. messaged them the next day to politely tell them I wanted to return it. Only today on the 17/02/25 has my refund come through . This is after pretty much non stop chasing / emails / txts/whatsapps. Awful customer service .. blatantly lied to me re when my refund was processed . STEER CLEAR!!!

Another great wig for my daughter from Eternal Wigs. The wig is beautiful and really great quality. Katie is so helpful and always on hand to answer questions. Would definitely recommend.

Stay clear of this company I went to the shop in Perth Scotland ordered the Bella wig she took the money but no wig appeared took weeks to get the money back if I hadn’t said I was going to call the fraud department of my bank she sent money right away I felt uneasy paying for the wig in the first place the woman dressed untidily scruffy really when I paid for the wig two days later she said it was out of stock for weeks it was still on site for sale actually it still is stay clear avoid.all this was over 8 weeks

After over a month of no item and form letters, I still have not received the item. Not only that, they do not have the item in stock and cannot give me a date when they will nor will they give me a refund! That to me is theft!

I want to give them zero star. I have never received my product. My credit card was charged. I tried to dispute it and they emailed me and accused me for opening up the package and not being happy with the product.
I did not even receive the product.

Give this company a WIDE berth. Their wigs are ok, however the customer service is DIABOLICAL. I have previously had to complain about timescales, things taking weeks longer than they should. But more recently I have received a piece which I want to return as it is not even remotely the same colour as what I ordered and they have just said I’m not allowed to return it but not given me a reason, nor responded to my email or Instagram messages. Thank goodness I have paid with Klarna so I can raise a dispute. I will also be writing to trading standards as I believe I am entitled to a full refund if I return this item. Even with their returns policy they state it can be returned if it’s not a sale item or if it’s not a custom piece which it isn’t. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. Beware of who you part money with!!!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with eternal wigs, customer service was fabulous with Katie as she would promptly reply to my messages and answer any concerns. I am insanley happy with my first lacefront and my second is due to arrive in a couple of days!!! Happy bunny right here and I can only thank eternal wigs for putting that happiness and smile back on my face because I now have the hair I always wanted🥰🥰🥰🥰
