Super easy to use. I ordered the Detox for surface prep along with the Resist. They produced a super slick surface with a great shine. They made the Topcoat F11 look like I used water. I can't wait to see how it works in the harsh Cleveland winter weather.

Received product in a timely manner and used right away on my Silverado. The only issue is applying it right without streaks, once I got the hang of applying and wiping off, it really brought out the deep color in the paint. Good product!

A few years ago I wanted a car care system that was better than off-the-shelf stuff and also offers ceramic coating that can be done at home by a DIY’r. Ethos car wash and care products perform so well I can’t go back. Doing the full treatment for a ceramic coat proved well worth it during the harsh Alaska melt season, which will eat through even the toughest off-the-shelf stuff. Because the local weather is unforgiving and beyond what most vehicles will endure (it can be like off-roading debris and mud at times) I gave it a break that it didn’t last a whole year on the parts that take the most weathering but overall it exceeded expectations with regular washing. It makes getting that dirt off so much easier. Looking forward to the next coating.

I just received my combo order of Resist and Defy and so far they both work great! The added microfiber towels were also a plus and seem well made. I'll continue to be a satisfied customer!

Ethos products are some of the best I have used. They are fast at getting the products out to you and their prices are great. I try every product out there and always stick with Ethos.

I’ve been an Ethos customer for 3 years now. At 51 years old I have used numerous products on my vehicles over the years. Ethos products do exactly what the site says they do. They apply unbelievably easy, on and off with ease and the finish is slick and glossy. The Graphene pro is flat out amazing! It took me 2 days to wash, dry, detox and finally apply the graphene product.. but it was so worth it. I did it again the following spring in one afternoon, as I was paranoid the 1st time that I might screw it up, but it was actually much easier than I made it the 1st time. If anyone is out there wondering if this stuff is legit… it is. Love it and will continue to use Ethos products in the future. For the record, I’ve used the everything from the graphene shampoo, foam party, Defy, window cleaner, tire shine, Shine … various towels .. it’s all as described and works fantastic. Great company!

I use Ethos wheel cleaner, Defy, and Clarity for the glass. Best products ever.

I was not sure what to expect. I did research a few companies and landed with Ethos Car Care. Defy was not only easy to apply, I did also use the plush 470 microfiber towels but the results were amazing. Great cleaning of water spots and light out side dust/residue the finish was just beautiful and easy to use. I then followed up with Resist and wow the color Popped and was a mirror finish. The feel was silky smooth and you could see your self like a mirror. I have a new Tesla Y. Thank you Ethos.

Ordering was a breeze shipping was fast and the stuff feels amazing on my truck. I will be ordering more soon!!!!!!

WASTE OF MONEY!!! This unethical company used a "fine print" loophole to weasel their way out of paying for repairs that were clearly covered by my policy and stuck me with the entire bill!!!I was not behind on my payments or anything that would put me in violation of my policy. Just simply did things in the wrong order and they used that mistake to screw me out of ANY help at all. What a scam!!! This is why no one trusts these "warranties". They are always a joke!!!

The ceramic spray is so easy to apply last a long time and what a beautiful shine

Worst experience ever, places order early May, the item was shipped back due to USPS not providing electronic instructions about the order price and content, Ethos blamed on me. Send clear explanation from local Post Office about the reason why the order was returned, I have been jerked around for over a month with useless messages saying we are taking care of it, we are escalating etc. I will never purchase from them again, not even sure I will get my money back. I opened a case through PayPal as they are not reliable nor serious company to deal with

I appreciate taking the time with your reply, but what stated here about receiving a replacement order is incorrect, as no product was ever received and it took a lot of effort to have the refund processed.

Order placed 6/13/24. No word until I reach out 6/18. Website states same day if not next day shipping. No emails on order confirmation or shipping. No phone number to call. Send email, attempt to use online chat but not managed went unanswered for several hours during business hours. Checked back next day and was told issue was escalated. Did not hear anything, on 6/20 2 business days later, I write an email stating to be contacted immediately at business open. Did hear back that the microfiber mit I ordered was out of stock. Ethos website states if an item is out of stock "Customer Care" will reach out, which apparently takes many business days and threatening to do. I requested immediately to overnight/2 day ship the remaining items because of the ball being drop by customer service. I do not hear back and today get a generic email thanking for my patience and expected shipping time is 3-5 business days. Ethos completely ignores the customer and does not follow up when items are out of stock leaving them hanging and do not follow up on 'escalated' requests in a timely matter. If Ethos simply would've reached out to me next business day to say the Mits were out of stock, I would've thanked them for the communication and ask they ship the rest of the order and refund the mits and everything would be fine. I have plenty of mits, I just wanted to try theirs. I ordered 2 of everything to give to the people whose motorcycles I am paint correcting and coating. Customer service is simply horrible, they do not communicate, and they do not attempt to make things right after dropping the ball. Now I have two motorcycles all apart that I have to resemble and disassemble, if I ever receive the products.

If customer service is important to you and communication, do not buy from Ethos. I been a 3D fan for many years and wanted to give someone else a shot and try their products.

E- mailed company about black specks in pro shine gallon container. After I sent pictures of specks and container they advised it was only guaranteed for 30 days. Give me a break, a car care product with a 30 day warranty. They apparently don’t have much trust in their products.
