I ordered some graphing codeine from them on Tuesday and saying it still hasn't shipped can't ever talk to a live person keep getting the same email they send me and say the wrong order number is on its way to say my product hasn't been shipped there's no customer service this is a pathetic company that I'm turning into the better Business bureau

We’re also adding a callback option on the support line so you can reach a live agent instead of email only.

I have ordered from this company 3 times. And have been jerked around 3 times. They have played a bait and switch which I have caught every time. When I try to resolve the issues I get an email response that we’re here to help. Then I get nothing. Except a link to review my experience before my first email ever gets to a person.
Do not order from this company.

I had an amazing experience with Ethos Car Car. The online user experience, customer service, pricing and quality of their products were all second to none. They definitely rank amongst the best in my opinion. I'd highly recommend them to my fellow car and detailing enthusiasts. They have a great product selection to satisfy most people's needs. I recommend my fellow readers to give their graphene range of products a try and get ready to be blown away by the ease of use, gloss, sleakness and durability. I was over the moon when I found out they shipped all the way to the Seychelles, and at a reasonable price. My products came well packed and had no issues of leakage or damage. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
