This hitch fit like a glove, the included threaded pull wires were the best idea, you guys had better patten that. The direction were very clear to understand, Thank you for a great product, fast shipping and good customer service.

They reached out to check on a question I had asked and the answer I received and I had deleted it I guess, and they were able to resend it to me and it has the part number that I need to follow up on and get the measurements on the mounting holes to see if they match the one I have.

I used to trust etrailer. Not anymore.

I ordered a set of trailer tires after a blowout, counting on etrailer for four reasons: past good experiences, product availability, competitive pricing, and—most importantly—timely delivery before a critical trip.

The day before delivery, I was notified the order would be delayed. That last-minute change forced me to scramble and rent a trailer just to keep my trip on track. I spoke with Tyler, who was helpful, but his attempt to offer a goodwill discount was shut down by Sherrie.

I kept the order open after being told it would arrive in time for my next trip. Then came another surprise: the product was discontinued, the order was canceled, and no alternative or support was offered. No effort to make it right. Just silence.

etrailer had every opportunity to show they value their customers—a call, a substitution, even a small discount would have gone a long way. Instead, I got ghosted and left to deal with the consequences on my own.

This experience wasn’t just frustrating—it was revealing. etrailer chose to treat my problem like it was “no big deal.” That forced me to treat it like “the end of the world.” I won’t be ordering from them again, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone in the horse or trailer community.

Do better.

Great product! although I would not recomend using 4.80 12 Tires as they look small on the Rim.

The salesman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering was very easy and shipping very prompt. Communication from the etrailer was prompt and often. Will definitely order from them if a need arises!

Timely delivery...easy to install...this is my 4th or 5th installs I've done over the years from eTrailer..a Suburban, Jeep, Tahoe, 2 RAV4s....and I'm 80 years old!!!

The search algorithm made this process super easy. Having a very clear graphic that told me if the kit would fit my car really boosted my confidence in my purchase. Everything is high quality and reasonably priced.

Their knowledge base, support and excellent descriptions on their website make them a cut above the rest. I love this site so much, I would actually spend more (although they usually are very competitive) to shop with eTrailer.com, because they stand by their products and services.

I needed parts for a custom mounting job; not a whole kit. At etrailer I found the perfect Crossbar adapters and T-Bolts to make my vision a reality. Thanks etrailer for your commitment to do-it-yourselfers.

Everything was great. I would have appreciated more information about how to TORQUE the ball onto the hitch. One problem - I did not receive a hex nut with the ball to be installed on the hitch.
