Very poor experience. Ordered pair of Preston Shoes and T Shirt in the sale. T shirt came next day. Shoes didnt arrive. Sent Element an email. They said out of stock. Cancelled order and refunded without discussing first. 1 hour later my Shoes are back available for purchase on their website. They kept my money for 10 days with order stuck on Progessing. If I hadn't emailed when would they have come or refunded. Unbelievably bad service. Cant believe I could buy them again. Little liars. 😂

You don’t receive any updates regarding your order. No tracking information. I’ve received one item and am waiting for the other 3. They don’t reply to your email contact and after finding one contact number you just sit on hold when they say an advisor will be with you in a few minutes and alternatively email us and we’ll get back to you. I’m hoping the rest of the order will turn up. But I won’t buy Element directly anymore. Sort yourselves out guys!!

Today (Tuesday) it was delivered at my doorstep.
Perfect product, perfect condition, perfect delivery.
I'll be coming back here for sure.

Terrible customer service. Returned items due to sizing and have not had a refund 1 month later. Auto bot responses and no phone number. Will never buy from them again.

Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable. I spent over $100 on these shoes and they literally broke after just 5 days of normal use. That’s not wear and tear — that’s straight-up poor quality.
When I went back to complain and ask for a refund, the company refused and tried to say it wasn’t their fault. How is a shoe breaking in less than a week the customer’s fault? Zero accountability and terrible customer service.
If you care about your money, stay away. Overpriced, low-quality products and a company that won’t stand behind what they sell.

Niemals die eigene Haupt-email-Adresse dort angeben. Man wird zugespammt sondergleichen und kann sich nicht abmelden von Newslettern/ Marketing mails. Bei beiden bin ich angeblich ausgetragen, mein Kundenkonto ist gelöscht, meine persönlichen Daten gelöscht (separate beantragt), Kundenservice leitet mich auf eine separate Seite weiter, bei der ich die Löschung beauftragen soll - längst geschehen, kein Effekt. Verblüffenderweise hat nicht einmal ein Sperrfilter beim e-mail Betreiber einen Effekt, was diese Seite angeht, die mails kommen trotzdem an, unaufhörlich.

I took my daughter to get shoes, and we found a pair we liked but not in her size so I was planning to order them on here. First I looked at the review and they were not good, but I said screw it and ordered them. They arrived on time in great condition, and with a hand written note. I have no complaints.
Terrible customer service.
I ordered a batch of products from element in August. This was split into 2 shipments, the first I received without any issues. The second delivery for 2 long sleeve t-shirts was delayed, then I had a notification to say it had been delivered whilst I wasn’t at home. I returned to find no parcel and no sign of it with neighbours or in the usual hiding places. I promptly notified Element, after chasing and chasing them they finally sent me a form to complete to file an investigation with the carrier. I currently have heard nothing back from either Element or the carrier, it’s now the end of October… 3 months after initially placing this order. Terrible customer service.

Je devrais honnêtement mettre 0 étoile ! Il s'agit de leur service après vente. Sur la qualité de leurs produits je n'ai pas d'avis car j'ai pas gardé. Mais alors une fois que j'ai envoyé les chaussures que j'avais acheté de cette marque sur marketplace de Sarenza, après la réception de mon colis, ils ont mis presque deux mois à me rembourser et encore j'ai dû leur écrire 5 fois au cours de cette période pour apprendre que le remboursement est fait dans un premier temps, et puis après l'attente et ne rien recevoir, je l'ai relance et ils m'apprennent que oops le virement n'a pas été bien effectué, ils viennent de refaire le virement et que je dois recevoir sous peu. Bref, après deux mois et rien avoir j'ai contacté le service client Sarenza qui était heureusement plus réactif et capable ! J'ai reçu mon virement deux jours après ce dernier relance ! PLUS JAMAIS je commanderai chez eux!

Sono passate quasi 2 settimane e non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica. Ho scritto addirituttura al corriere che avrebbe dovuto ritirare e portarmi il prodotto, e mi è stato detto che il prodotto stesso era ancora nelle mani del venditore e che era sua responsabilità fornire i dati per la spedizione, cosa che ancora oggi credo non sia stata fatta, in quanto sul sito del vettore il prodotto risulta ancora in preparazione. Se volete dei prodotti element consiglio vivamente di andare, laddove siano presenti, in negozi fisici.
Alla fine però, dopo alcuni giorni, mi hanno detto che l'ordine era stato annullato per impossibilità da parte del corriere e almeno mi hanno rimborsato.

Wir haben zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt. EInes sofort zurückgeschickt, das es nicht passte. Für dieses Paar haben wir unser Geld zuügig zurückbekommen.
Leider bekam das behaltene Paar nach knapp 4 Monaten ein Loch im Leder. Diess habe ich dann per Mail beim Kundendienst gemeldet. Nach kurzem hin und her, wurde mir eine Ersattung von 50% des Kaufpreises Angeboten, diese nahm ich an. Da ich nach einem Monat noch keine Rückerstattung bekommen habe, fragte ich nach. Dann hat eine neue Mitarbeiterin den Fall übernommen brauchte nochmal den Sachverhaöt und Beweißfotos von mir und hat mir dann eine Ersattung in Höhe von 20% Angeboten??? Auch auf den Verweiß, das mir die Kollegin schon 50% zugesagt hatte, blieb sie sturr. Das ganze hat sich über Monate und endliche Mails hingezogen. Ich werde dort nichts mehr kaufen und rate allen ab, dort einzukaufen.

My t-shirts are way too big (there's no sizing information on their website). A return should be straight forward, right?
Oh, no. My order number isn't in my account or recognised when I try to arrange the return.
I've tried multiple contact methods, no-one replies. Infuriating.
Do yourself a favour and don't bother ordering direct with Element, it's not worth the the hassle.

CANNOT RECOMMEND ELEMENT FOR ANYTHING.
1, their address system won’t recognise my address and print my house number so it’s pot luck if courier knows where I am. They’ve made zero effort to remedy this.
2, I received a beige hoody which had permanent marks writing in some code on the outside of the hood… black marker on beige..
I applied for customer support as soon as I got the parcel (eventually after much chasing) and was told,d it would be two weeks, that’s a month ago now and I’ve messaged again since, all I get now is an automated letter asking me not to make multiple requests for help.
No actual help, just. Hoping I’d go away.
The moral?
Don’t buy from Element, they do not care about the customer from start to end.
Horrendous “company”. A real embarrassment to themselves.
Quality Decline
I used to regularly buy T-shirts from element and they were a good fit and quality. Recently, however, I made an order and found that the quality has decreased massively. The weight of the material has been decreased and poorer stitching methods are being used. The fit is probably okay if you're are medium, but any other sizes look odd.

SAV ne répond pas
Commande passé le 01/06/2025 avec une carte cadeau, je reçois un article en XL au lieu de M.
Je veux donc retourner l'article en question mais si je le fais je perd le montant de ma carte cadeau.
Voila 3 semaines que j’attends un retour du SAV à ce sujet et j'arrive bientôt à la fin du délai pour retourner ma commande.
