I had the best time.
I recently went to Euphoria Spa and really lovely experience. The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The spa is very clean and well looked after, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing feel. Feels like a bit of a hidden gem in London.
The physiotherapy session was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was very professional and I could feel my body feeling better.
Would definitely go back.

We came for our anniversary and booked the hammam and massage package – it was such a lovely experience. The whole place feels really clean, calm, and smells beautiful.
The hammam was so relaxing, and the massage after was perfect – just the right pressure and really professional. We both left feeling completely relaxed.
A really special way to spend our anniversary. Would definitely come back.

I went there for my birthday last week…
I went there for my birthday last week and I was welcomed by Sam at the reception. He was really friendly and really helpful! So were the rest of the staff. The place was really clean and the service was more than great. It really made my birthday special and I recommend anyone who wants to pamper themselves to go there!!!

Not what I was expecting …:
Was gifted 50 minute massage with 1 hour access to the spa for Mothers Day. The massage was lovely but apart from that I was very disappointed. Lots of the ‘rooms’ smelt damp, there was black mould on the ceiling in the changing area and there is a charge for robes and flip flops which I was not expecting. Two of the rooms were essentially shower rooms and all that was available for me was a sauna - which was nice - a steam room and a ‘salt room’. Members of staff were lovely and were constantly moping the floors, but the mops looked filthy.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at Euphoria Spa.
This visit was a Mother’s Day gift from my son, so it was meant to be something special and relaxing. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.
The therapist appeared unhygienic and had a strong smell of sweat, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. The treatment room was far too bright and did not feel like a calm or relaxing environment at all. On top of that, the massage itself was not good, and the therapist was quite rude and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, I was asked to go into a treatment room that was not even ready.
A spa should be a place where you feel calm, relaxed and cared for, but this experience left me stressed and very disappointed.
I would not recommend this spa based on my experience.

Had a great solo experience here, jacuzzi was relaxing and sauna was great. Staff was friendly and especially Celine, she was a great masseuse i would strongly recommend her. Will definitely be back

I had a previous visit at this spa and came away feeling disappointed for various reasons. HOWEVER after receiving a genuine and sincere apology from the Manager for my previous experience, i am grateful for the opportunity of giving the spa another try! WORST massage experience I’ve ever!!!!!
WORST massage experience I’ve ever had!!! I booked a Swedish massage and a one-hour spa session. The massage felt very disorganised, she applied pressure in random places, far too hard and didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
After working around my ankle, I felt a sharp pain. I’d never had pain there before and nearly a week later it’s actually getting worse. I’ll now need to see a doctor because of this....
This was EXTREMELY disappointing. You really need to employ properly trained, qualified therapists rather than risking clients’ wellbeing!!!

Nice little spa
Nice little spa. Not too far from bank station. Hidden down a alleyway. It's in the basement.
Nice and clean. Not very big. The staff are lovely. The jacuzzi was nice and warm. The only steam room is in the hammam room.
Worth getting the Groupon voucher.

I had a lovely experience at Euphoria spa. The premises were beautiful and very clean. I was welcomed by the team who were very friendly and helpful 💕
The treatment rooms had so much selection, I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, salt room, jacuzzi and green room.
My deep tissue massage was perfect and just what I needed.
Everything was perfect and I will love to visit again soon! 💗

Great experience - highly recommended
I had a great experience here! It's located in the heart of the City, but they've managed to create a very serene and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When a couple of staff members were off sick, the manager went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated and received wmore than we expected.
