Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. Parked in a Blue parking/Euro car park and tried to pay, however received an error message. We tried multiple times, across multiple phones to pay and the equipment was faulty. Another patron confirmed the machine had been down for weeks. Still received a PCN- 3 months later! Luckily I thought to take a screenshot showing the error to support my appeal. Maybe check that your equipment is fully operational before penalising people who try to do the right thing.

Awful business
Awful business. I parked at a day-rate car park to get my train - I had 3 kids with me and my hands full. I intendted to pay as soon as on train and without bags. I forgot to pay for parking until I returned to the station at 7pm where I then paid realising my mistake. EPS has decided to half the the payment after 7pm (not been a previous payment at this station) which I did not realise in the moment of ensuring I had paid for my day of parking. SO they proceeded to fine me for not paying the full fee that day (I was £2.50 short and had assumed I had paid the full day). I appealed and heard nothing until early August (fine was end of May) where they sent me a letter saying nothing of my appeal and that my time had lapsed so my fine had risen with a generic sentence at the base of the letter "if you have made an appeal, your appeal has been rejected" I reached out on email and after a back and forwards of 3 or 4 emails it was clear that 'computer said no' and I was to pay the fine or risk another £70 hike on the already inflated fine. OUTRAGEOUS comms and distinct lack of customer services. EPS should be ashamed of themselves at fining good, honest, hardworking people, 3-figure sums using power play tactics. Such a sour taste that it has made me use another train station.

I tried to explain to this company everything I tried to do to pay to park but nothing worked. Also that after an appeal, which I did, they should send out a physical letter to explain the rejection, not just an e-mail, which can easily be missed at 81 years old. Then the 'chat' said they couldn't help and blocked me from sending any more messages which is a bit rude.

Awful company
Awful company - accidentally entered their land for a couple of minutes and left as soon as I realised my error. Fought the subsequent fine, showing all the evidence of my pre-booked parking at the adjacent public car park. Even appealed to the "independent" appeals service (IAS) who were literally no help. Despite saying a valid resolution would have been to 'immediately park elsewhere' (which I had done) they didn't uphold my appeal. Advice to others would be don't even try to fight - they don't care and just want the money.

I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience of Euro Parking Services. I parked in a car park where the payment and ticket machines were completely covered with black bags secured by duct tape, and the entrance barrier had collapsed onto the ground. To any reasonable person, it appeared there was no obvious way to pay or that the car park was not operating normally. Had there been clear signage or a visible alternative payment method, I would have happily paid the £7 parking fee rather than receive a £100 Parking Charge Notice and spend months dealing with this matter.
At no point was I presented with the information that a reasonable motorist would expect before deciding whether to park. There was no visible price list or tariff board, no obvious instructions explaining how to pay, the payment machines were covered with black bags and duct tape, and the entrance barrier had collapsed. Had the parking tariff and payment instructions been clearly displayed, I would have simply paid the fee or chosen not to park. Instead, I was given no fair opportunity to make an informed decision before a Parking Charge Notice was later issued.
I submitted a detailed appeal supported by photographic evidence of the covered machines, the collapsed barrier and the lack of any clear payment instructions. My appeal was rejected on the very same day, leaving me with serious doubts that my evidence was properly considered. The response I received was generic and did not explain why my evidence had been rejected.
Since then, every email I have sent has been met with the same brief response stating that my IAS appeal period has expired. None of my questions have been answered. No one has addressed the evidence I provided or explained how a driver was expected to know how to pay in those circumstances.
To make matters worse, this is a lease vehicle. The Parking Charge Notice was first sent to the lease company before being forwarded to me. Despite repeatedly explaining that I had not even been in receipt of the notice for 28 days, Euro Parking Services continues to insist that my appeal rights have expired without explaining how that deadline has been calculated.
My experience has been one of poor communication, generic responses and a complete lack of engagement with the issues I have raised. I expected a fair investigation based on the evidence I submitted, but instead I have been left feeling that my concerns have simply been dismissed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Absolute wankers. Terrible communication. Don’t follow GDPR laws. Don’t process appeals accordingly. Send correspondence late and threaten with solicitors a day before their deadline. Absolute farce. No common sense. Shit website that closes any online chat. Don’t reply to emails and these wankers will get away with it too

Horrible
I received a parking fine for £100, I have tried to scan an pay, however when I put the PCN number and the car details it kept saying that the details are incorrect, so I had to make a phone call which of course is chargeable. I am sure they doing this on purpose. Horrible absolutely disgusting. It's not enough that I have to pay a day worth of hard labour, now I have to pay for the phone call too. Horrible.

Awful company
Awful company. I received a PCN, (£60.00) tried to pay it and could not as the system would not allow me. I used the live chat, and the agent of Euro Parking Services told me the fine had been cancelled.
Two weeks later I get a fine for £100.00. Company told me they made an error but refused to downgrade it to £60.00 again.
I made a complaint. They told me to post it. I posted the complaint. They told me they didn't receive it (yeah right). I posted it again with tracking and sent them a picture of it in their post pile. They told me they didn't receive it. I emailed it to them. They told me they didn't receive it.
I reported them to their regulator, the International Parking Community and recommend anyone who has had difficulties to do the same. Magically, after I reported them they acknowledged receipt of my letter(s) and started to respond.
Shortly afterwards, I received the concession to pay the £60 I owed, and the next day I got a further letter asking for £120.00. With much reluctance, they relented when I spoke to the online chat.
It took about 70 emails, three letters, half an hour with that chat bot, all over 5 weeks, to get this sorted.
They put as many obstacles as possible in your way so you lose the will and pay up.
I recommend making a complaint by post at the earliest possibility and reporting them to their regulator if they do not respond. They will simply not respond unless forced.

I would give a 0 stars if I could! * UPDATED EPS READ *
Terrible company. Issued three parking charges for stops of under 3 minutes each — I never even left the driver's seat.
Appealed through the proper channels and accepted the outcome. Then tried to pay the discounted rate of £60 per charge, which I'm entitled to under the IPC Code of Practice after going through the appeals process. Their website only shows £100. I've emailed three times asking them to correct this so I can actually pay. Each time I've received the exact same copy-paste response that doesn't address the question at all — just tells me my appeal was declined and to pay up.
I am literally trying to give them money at the correct rate and they won't engage. No phone number on their website either, so email is the only option — and nobody is reading them.
If you've been charged by this company, know your rights under the IPC Code of Practice. And screenshot everything.
I will be escalating this matter to the IPC, Trading Standards, and any other relevant body until it is resolved.

"UPDATE: EPS responded to this review directing me to their 'live chat bot' for assistance. There is no live chat bot on their website. This sums up the experience perfectly — being pointed to solutions that don't exist."
Shameful company that should be investigated

Scammy company ripping off people with bogus charges. The law needs to deal with these scammy rodents, thinking they are some big time business gurus. Appeals process is a complete joke, automated from start to finish without any concern for the people they are defrauding.

Absolute vultures, should be banned.
Euro Parking issued a PCN to me because the landlord of the gym that I use frequently and have done for 18 months decided to install cameras. However the gym did not inform me and therefore I wasn't aware of having to put my details into any machine, having not been required to do so previously. I appealed to Euro Parking and they sent me the attached badly worded response. What they have said in their response is also untrue (as I have been informed by the gym). They state that I have to input my details whenever I use the gym, however the gym informs me that I don't unless I am staying for over 3 hours, and even then I have 3 hours to enter my details to enable me to stay longer, so their response is factually inaccurate, which should result in any PCN's being invalid. Here is their response:-
Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge Notice (PCN). After reviewing the details of your appeal and the evidence held on file, we must advise that your appeal has been unsuccessful. There are a number of signs present on the premises which directs the parking premises users to enter their vehicle registration number at the kiosk present on site. However, as your vehicle details were not entered in to the kiosk system. However the kiosk machine was inside of the premises and your vehicle was parked and your vehicle
registration number was not entered in the kiosk at the time of the contravention. We have noted your comments; however, it was observed that your vehicle was parked on the premises without a valid kiosk entry. As no valid entry was made at the kiosk, your vehicle was not authorised to
park on the premises.
Excuse the grammar, that's their idea of an "appeal response", a badly written photocopied letter.

This is possibly the worst company I…
This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I picked up a PCN for a breakdown at Capability Green, when I appealed it the PCN appeal was rejected because I was not towed away despite explaining the engine warning light came on and I was checking the manual and calling my mechanic for advise on whether the car was safe to drive. Because I was not collected by a breakdown truck the rejected my appeal despite sending them a copy of the mechanics charge to fix the fault I reported to them in my appeal. Only contact number is a premuim rate call and using the online chat to customer service system I am blocked.
UPDATE
Just requested all the information they have on my case so I can appeal with theias.org only to be told it will take up to 30 days to provide my information requested. With automated systems it should be in my hands in 24 hours minimum.
Reading the appeal rejection letter I dont think anyone has actually looked at my appeal. They rejected purely that I had driven off under my own power. Disgraceful.
UPDATE 1
Sent a FOI request for all the data they have on my PCN as I am going to the independent arbitrator for a case review. Has to be done within 28 Days. Received an email back from this company saying this can take up to 30 Days. This company is not interested in appeals its only interested in getting money from motorists. Again no response from Customer services via the chat link. It has autoblocked me I suggest because it has tracked that I have communicated with them, lost my appeal and the only option is to pay up or be handed over to a debt collecting agency.

Disgraceful company, doesn’t adhere to a set out 10 minute grace period layed out by Gov and the International Parking Community they claim to be part of, corrupt and money grabbing disgusting behaviours, they should be ashamed, and should be held accountable for scare mongering non fault fines with further action , how anyone who works for them sleeps at night is beyond me, tell me how paying with in 10 minutes an paying more due to their mis-representation of their prices does conclude that the fine should be dismissed

Chris Tamplin restored my faith in private parking companies – exceptional service, genuine human being Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
I never thought I would write a positive review about a private parking enforcement company. But Chris Tamplin at Euro Parking Services has completely changed my perspective.
Let me explain the situation.
I live on a cobbled, unadopted private road in Halifax. My neighbours and I own the road collectively. For years, non-residents have been parking on our private road and walking 5–10 minutes to their own homes. We have had enough. We wanted to protect our street, our children's safety, and our property rights.
I contacted several parking enforcement companies. The responses were cold, dismissive, and honest in the worst way. One company told me outright that my street was "not commercially viable" – meaning there wasn't enough profit in it for them. They could enforce the law. They chose not to. Because money mattered more than doing the right thing.
Then I contacted Euro Parking Services.
Chris Tamplin, the Business Development Manager, called me personally. He listened. He did not rush me. He did not talk down to me. He asked questions about the street, the neighbours, the children, the nuisance vehicles, the anti-social behaviour. He cared about people, not just profit margins.
He was in a meeting when my enquiry came in. He still responded within hours to say he would get back to me. And he did. He sent a clear, detailed breakdown of costs – no hidden fees, no jargon, no pressure. He explained exactly how the system would work, what the one-off costs were (site audit and signage), and that there is no annual fee, which is more than fair.
But here is what really set Chris apart.
He did not just see us as another contract. He saw a community of families who want to feel safe on their own street. He acknowledged that if some neighbours do not want to participate, it could affect coverage – but he was willing to work with us to find a solution. He sent a draft agreement for us to review. He offered training for residents so everyone understands the system.
No other company did any of this.
Chris Tamplin is the reason I will be recommending Euro Parking Services to every resident on my street and every person I know who needs help protecting their private land.
In a world where most companies see only pound signs, Chris sees people. He is a credit to his company and to the industry.
If you need parking enforcement on private land – especially a complex situation like a terraced street with shared ownership – do not waste your time with the greedy companies. Go to Euro Parking Services. Ask for Chris Tamplin. He will help you.
Thank you, Chris. You have earned our trust and our business.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I parked for just 16 minutes to make a purchase and forgot to enter my registration number. Despite submitting my receipt as proof that I was a genuine customer, I was still charged £60. This is completely disproportionate for an honest mistake and feels like daylight robbery. Genuine customers deserve better treatment than this. One small oversight should not result in such an excessive penalty.
