This company is brilliant! I had a competitive estimate given to me in my email. I booked this company as I can see that their Lorrie’s are real and not Ai pictures like others I saw.
They moved me to Wales after putting my furniture into storage for a few months and they were just fantastic. All of the removal staff answered all of my many questions politely and helped me so much as I was moving on my own and they made me very at ease with the whole situation.
I had to get them to disassemble my bed that I was unable to do and they did it so quickly. I wish I had booked the packing service after seeing the care they took with my furniture.
When they came to Wales they put all my furniture where I wanted it in each room. I would recommend this moving and storage company to anyone moving.

We moved at the end of October 2025. The quote was much better than other companies. I have to admit it made me cautious but good contact beforehand from matthew, and on the day a really smooth transition, service was great. No issues. Would 100% use them again.

Michelle and Riley arrived on time to move us from Bransgore to Hythe.
They worked for 4 hours non stop and arrived at new property to work another 4 hours non stop. They were polite, incredibly hard working and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the company.

Amazing experience with EuroXpress Removals.

Matthew helped us out massively when our previous removals let us down at short notice. Within ten minutes of our phone call, he was round to give us a quote and book us in.

Him and his team of family members (family business) were prompt, professional and incredibly swift at loading and unloading our possessions. He was in constant communication with us throughout the day - offering useful tips too!

They were excellent - I can't praise or thank them enough. A really stressful part of the process was made so much easier with EuroXpress.

Matt,Michelle & Riley moved us from Gosport to Lincoln and the service they provided was faultless from start to finish. Excellent communication prior, we had to reschedule due to issues with house sale and Matt was very understanding. We had a spectrum of contents from motorbikes to bone china and everything was treated with care. Lots of really helpful advice at both ends of the move. EuroXpress surpassed our expectations.Highly recommended.

Moved my 4 bed home.
Robbed me. Broke everything.
Boxed even the ketchup to charge me £10 per box x 60 boxes
However left stereos unwrapped, mirrors etc
broke all my furniture and called me 100 times to check if it was ok within the day of move when they know you're in a hurry
Thieves to the upmost.Matthew is disgusting and will destroy your most precious items.

He will rob you and look you in the eye whilst doing it

I am not a competitor so don't let him trick you. I am a family woman who is still recovering from their disgusting firm and how they moved my home.

If you need my details to prove i am genuine then please reply and we can reach out directly. I'll go that far to prove that I am not by any means a fake review including showing you their invoices. My 8 year old son is a witness plus other family members who witnessed them chucking everything i owned into one corner in the kitchen. They made sure to wrapp the ketchup and mustard, herbs well though :)
oh and someone should teach them about clothing rails. Every item of clothing was chucked in boxes they charged me for. Crushed and ruined all my clothes. Avoid at all costs.

You are liars and you know what you did. Sure you remember, come on..... Btw you read wrongly, it was you who called 100 times not me. The length of your reply is testament to you guilt. You are a disgusting person and you are a thief END of. I counted boxes with tiny little plastic items wrapped up yet you forgot to wrap the stereo etc etc.

Unfortunately for you your greed doesn't win and we can thank webistes like this. Hopefully now all the money you stole from me, the £1,000s you did in damage you will lose in future business from being outed.

NOTE: the only people who are suggesting FAKE reviews (which he accussed me off and submitted after my review but THEN DELETED IT after my response and suddenly recalled my move) are the people who are writing them, i.e this firm. Hence why after every bad review, suddenly a good one is done, straight after :)

Perhaps this firm wants to fight me in court or perhaps they'll do the right thing and pay me for damages.

The job was very well done and lots of knowledge with everyone in the company from the managing director Matthew who was the same person that gave me a quote on my last move coming round to do my quote again to the 3 people that loaded up the lorry and unloaded it too they all worked very hard without complaint and even when we waited for keys the team asked me to ring the solicitor and check where the money was as we had been waiting 3-4 hours and they said it went through 2 hours ago! But although the delay with keys they still got me in by 5pm would highly recommend to anyone moving these guys are just brilliant. :)

Euroxpress was absolutely amazing from getting a quote to the last box being brung in, Matthew came around and did a free quote and told me lots of helpful tips to make my move go as smoothly as possible and he gave me a price the next day. then when I was ready I asked for a date and got back to me straight away saying they could handle it, and then the moving guys moved my family out of our old home into there storage for a couple of months and then moved us into our family's new home with nothing broken or scratched they are brilliant at what they do getting things into rooms I didn't think that they would go in. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

They say in business and in life that first impressions count. Well, let me say that our first impression of Matt, who, as director, is the face of the company, was very negative at best.
Having seen that our property was for sale, we had a flyer posted through our door. As we both realise that moving house can be a very stressful time, we thought why not contact euroxpress to get a quote for moving.
Matt contacted me, and we arranged for him to come and do a survey of my property on a Friday afternoon between 4 and 6pm in order to get a quote. At 16:50, Matt called to say that he had been tied up on another job and wouldn't be available to come till much later that day. As I had already made plans for that evening, I had to say no, and we arranged for him to come the following Monday, again, between 4 and 6pm.
I waited in on the Monday, and finally received a call from Matt at 6.10 to say that, once again, he had been caught up on another job, but that I was next on the list, but again, about another hour and half. I said that I would be unavailable as I was going out at 7, so we agreed to do a video call, where I would go room by room showing him the items to be taken. So we did this, which took about 10 minutes. He was at pains to inform me that everything would be blanketed and strapped and what vans would be involved. I also explained to him that we would be combining 2 houses and would that be a problem. I also sent him images of what was coming from my partners house. He said it was no problem.
At the end of the call, he asked if I was 'computer literate' which made me feel uneasy, instead of asking whether he could send me the quote by email. It confirmed to me that we would not be using this company for the move, however cheap it was.
Before your reply, consider this. If you are a busy removals company, as you appear to be through the 2 cancelled appointments, then here are a couple of recommendations for you.
1 Do not have your director out on removals on the day of moving if a survey has been booked. Surely, through your many years experience, you have learnt that delays can occur during a move.
2 Alternative to that, employ someone solely responsible for doing surveys, whether that be in person or by video call.
3 NEVER assume anything. Instead of asking if I was computer literate, Matt could have asked if i wanted to receive the quote by email, or through the post. I understand why he asked the question as there are many of the older generation who are not altogether confident using technology. Matt could definitely use some training in communication skills.
I hope you take these points on board but know that we won't be using your services, or recommending you to friends and family.
Sorry if this seems harsh, but this is the impression we were left with and, as I said in my opening, first impressions count.

Prompt, professional and great value for money

Booked for them to do a home survey. They cancelled the first appointment half an hour before they were due to arrive and didn’t turn up for the rescheduled appointment. Both appointments were between 6-7pm so really inconvenient.

If I could give 5+ stars I would.
Professional,friendly efficient hardworkjng and communicative.
Loaded in Southampton in an hour, unloaded the other end in Morley,Yorkshire in about an hour and 20 mins (a lot went in the second floor attic conversion) taking care with my "stuff"

Move from Gosport to Wiltshire. Matt and his team worked flat out at both ends. Some helpful tips regarding reminding of solicitors to check funds have moved etc. Would highly recommend.

Mixed feelings about this company. Overall, a little on the negative side. The main issue was Matt, just not a personable man at all. Really lacked people/customer skills. The other two members of his team were absolutely Fine.
I think we got off to the wrong foot as there was some outstanding packing which I was intending to complete as they removed ( i worked out that I had around 4 hours to vacate my house) . Matt seemed genuinely pissed off with me and I really felt it.
I wish as this stage the the 'express' part of the company name is true: The is no denying the break neck speed and little regard for your possession they operate at. They seemed to be in the most frantic rush to finish ASAP.
Also, he was getting me to keep contacting the solicitor and new home seller to rush things along I think he even wanted to start unloading at the new property before finalisation with solicitors. Everything was rush rush rush and took the edge of what was meant to be an exciting day.
In summary, if you want an ok service to operate as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible then this is the company for you. If, however, you would like a more pleasant experience with some sense of enjoyment on moving in your big day then this should not be your choice.

We moved a month ago from Worthing towards Chichester and Euroexpress gave us a competitive price and excellent service. Everything was packed beautifully, nothing was broken and they took care of our flooring as well - they cover the floor with protective throw so carpets don't get stained from shoes. Very friendly and efficient, waited with us till late afternoon until we exchanged. We would highly recommend this friendly and efficient family business. Thank you once again- you made our house move a very pleasant and stress free experience.
