Outstanding service - got all my filters, and wipers from them. Great value, fast delivery, and great after service.
Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Difficult to get the right filter, but after two non-fitting parts, spoke to support who arranged a return/refund and tracked down and added the correct part to the site for me.

I cannot praise EV Accessories highly enough. The level of customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I needed bump stops for my shock absorbers to resolve an issue with my vehicle, and the team were incredibly helpful, proactive, and knowledgeable throughout the process.

What impressed me most was the exceptional turnaround time – the parts were dispatched immediately and arrived the very next day, allowing me to get the issue resolved without delay. Communication was excellent, questions were answered promptly, and the tracking and parcel updates were first class.

Order a part for my Tesla model S. This was 22nd October (3 weeks ago). Not dispatched, no communication beyond an invoice, no responses to emails. Presume I'll need to do a credit card chargeback now, which is a ballache. Avoid.

I recently purchased some accessories for my Tesla and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, providing a level of customer service that is increasingly rare these days. Delivery was remarkably fast, and the whole experience had a traditional, customer-focused touch that’s hard to find. The fact that it’s a British company only adds to the appeal. Highly recommended

I bought an item from them company which had very minor cosmetic damage, probably caused during shipping.
I emailed EV accessories to explain the problem and received a reply within the hour. Very good customer service, arranged a replacement, leaving me feeling very valued as a customer.

I've bought a few things from EV accessories now over the last 5 years - motorised funk accessory, CCS connector holder and the usual upgraded LED internal lights and puddle lights for my Tesla to name a few.

The order process has always been simply, the delivery speedy, the accuracy of the order perfect and the friendliness of the staff exactly what you'd expect and hope for.

Totally recommend them as an established supplier of EV accessories who've been doing that for many years.

Was sold faulty goods. When I complained, all they wanted was to try and send individual replacement parts rather than refund any money whatsoever for return of the entire kit. Avoid like the plague. I'm now down £750.
