Absolutely discussing Customer Service on line, Evapo.co.uk sent me a non-working device £4 or £5 took them hours to get back and than told me to go into the nearest store on 4 bus routes and get it looked at!
Do NOT use 'Evapo.co.uk'
Just demanded my money back if not will have to get in touch with my Creditors and demand it back!!

Used this store a while ago as they were close to my old home.
Recently used them online as had some very good deals and then encountered some minor delays with Royal Mail with the order.
Customer service excellent,problem resolved immediately with no fuss.

Sutton, Surrey - Excellent Customer Service
Sutton, Surrey Shop - as a first time customer, I visited my home store today and was immediately put at ease by the greeting of both the lovely gentleman. not only were they thoroughly knowledgeable about each product, they do not try to sell me the most expensive item and guided me through the process of vaping and what product would be best to start with.

I went in as a smoker wanting to make the transition to vaping. Ryan was so helpful & recommended the vape he thought I should start with,not trying to over sell me anything over the top in price.He explained everything in such detail & made the whole experience stress free.

Lovely friendly shop with great staff
Lots of vapes to choose from. Friendly and attentive staff every time I go to the Bristol store. Especially Tianna, always pleasant & nothing is ever to much! She has lots of knowledge on the products she sells and helps me when I visit the store.
