What a great and efficient service I have had. Billy visited to survey and introduce me to the Hypervolt Ev charger. I agreed the price and a date was agreed for installation. Bang on time Billy arrived and began the install. Very friendly and knowledgeable, all of my questions were answered. I received a professional install which was very tidy. All waste was removed. I was helped with the application installation on my iPhone which was fully working. Lastly the charger was tested and worked perfectly. I can totally recommend EV car charging points. A very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Our EV charger is working well, fault free and as expected some months now after installation.

Because our installation wasn’t straight forward due to our garage being located away from our house we were struggling to get quotes from elsewhere, we stumbled upon this company who got back to us very quickly. Justin was happy to answer any queries when getting our quote. Billy came out to install our charger, he was very friendly and also answered any queries and explained everything about the charger before he left. Very impressed with the service we received and happy to recommend to anyone wanting an electric vehicle charger.

Really pleased with our Hypervolt chrage point installation carried out by Billy.
He was very courteous, explained what was to be done and suggested a better way to install so that the charger unit cables to the Meter box were hidden.
So well pleased with the result, after a minimally intrusive and fuss-free installation.
Billy also took time out to fully explain how the Hypervolt works, set up the App on my partners mobile.

Perfect, quick, and friendly install.

I had already read up on EV Chargers and quizzed Billy on installation and Cabling.
Very Knowledgeable on the EV chargers and Cabling used (EV Ultra).
My concern was over Installation and hiding the cable across the front of the house. All cabling was done neatly under the gravel. Overall a great end to end experience. Would Highly recommend to Anyone looking for EV Installation.

We purchased our EV car and ordered a podpoint, what a mistake. They were hopeless never got back to me, I complained and got nowhere, posted on a Hypervolt page onFacebook and Billy got in contact, from there it was simple, really easy, notified me of everything as it was happening, when it came to installation it was superb, neat and tidy really friendly too, have recommended to everybody who has asked me.
